Welcome! Please review the information below to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 21 years old to rent this property.

Guest Count: Please provide an accurate guest count in accordance with booking policies. This includes both overnight guests and any day visitors. The home may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time.

No Parties or Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.

Parking: Complimentary parking is available for two vehicles. Any additional vehicle may use street parking. Please do not block driveways or neighbors’ garages, as vehicles may be towed.

Check-In: The home is equipped with a secure electronic lock. You will receive a unique access code prior to arrival for convenient, contactless entry. Codes are reset after each stay for your safety.

Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Early Departure: If you plan to leave before the 10:00 AM check-out time, please notify our customer service team so housekeeping can begin early.

No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, and hookahs are not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. A $1,500 cleaning fee will be applied for violations.

No Professional Photography or Filming: Professional photography or filming is not permitted without prior written approval.

Trash & Recycling: Please remove all trash, including food from the refrigerator, and place bagged trash in the outdoor dumpster located in the fenced area across from the unit to the right.

No Fireworks: Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the premises and on the beach.

Damage Policy: Accidents happen. Please report any damage promptly so we can address it quickly.

Damage Waiver: Covers unintentional damage up to $1,500, provided it is reported to Ohana Vacations before check-out (Airbnb reservations excluded).

Starter Supplies: An initial supply of essentials is provided, including toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. Additional supplies are the guests’ responsibility.
