Spacious Granbury Home w/ Lakefront Outdoor Oasis!

The host excelled in communicating with us! The home and property are very nice and spacious.

House was very nice and excellent for our group of 10. Bed/mattress were a bit hard for our group, but I bet there are some who love a hard mattress.

The house was very accommodating for 8 adults. The outdoor entertaining area was superb with beautiful lake view, clean pool, fire pit stocked with wood, and plenty of outdoor seating. The only complaints were one of the queen rooms had an issue with light from an outdoor spotlight which shined in all night. Maybe heavier window coverings would help. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious and clean. The lake view is beautiful, and the pool is very nice. Everyone enjoyed the theater and game rooms as well as the lounging areas outside.

This house has everything a large family could want or need. Room to run, space to play, to cook and eat, to relax, to unwind. Great location on the lake.

This home was very nice! Plenty of room. We are group of ladies that graduated high school. We get together once a year for a girls trip. The pool was great ( even though it was too cold to swim) we enjoyed being outside in the mornings and evenings. Thank you so much!

We had a great stay at this property over the weekend, while we were hosting a tournament event at Lake Granbury. Communication with the property owner/manager was great. Only complaint, is there were several rooms in the home that didn't seem to get heat. During our stay we had freezing temperatures and several of the rooms were very cold despite other rooms getting warm. But overall, this was a great property and we would definitely stay here again.

I agree with one of the other reviews - we do an annual girls trip and this is BY FAR the most rules of any short term rental we have ever booked! With the threat of security camera monitoring and photos from neighbors, the fear of accidentally breaking one of the rules did suck some of the fun out of our trip. We did love how much space this house has and with a group of 9 girls, having an en-suite bathroom in most of the bedrooms was awesome. Another review mentioned this - sadly there is not enough furniture in the living to accommodate the number of guests the house can sleep. I believe the listing states that it will sleep 14. Our group was only 9 and because one of the many rules is that you can’t move any of the furniture, some had to sit on the floor if we all wanted to be in the living room together. There were a handful of minor issues but we provided private feedback and hopefully those are resolved for future renters. Based on this experience, I do not believe we will rent a property managed by Evolve in the future.

This house was the perfect size and plenty of room for 4 couples and a baby. Fully stocked kitchen. Lots of space to spread out. Backyard was beautifully kept with a firepit and pool. Great for large families!

This property was beautiful which made a relaxing sty. The home is clean and spacious. We hope to come back.

This is a beautiful and spacious property. We stayed with five siblings and spouses (all over age 60) and had plenty of room. The theater room was fun but there is no way to connect other devices. The seating in gathering rooms is not enough to accommodate the number of people staying. The pictures are a little deceiving in that there are multiple levels within the house and some of the steps are high and difficult to navigate. Also, we are a frequent VRBO user and this property has more rules than ANY we have ever stayed in such as removing shoes while in the house.

This is one of the best lake houses we have ever stayed in. It is very well stocked with everything needed for a relaxing lake trip. We had eleven people and all had a comfortable place to sleep. There were even enough bathrooms for each family unit to have their own. Outside view is so pretty and well kept. The pool was also in good shape and we have had issues with pools in the past. We are definitely planning to return next year.

The property is located right on the lake front of Lake Granbury. The home is well-appointed and very spacious. The media room and game room are great additions to a fine kitchen and bedrooms. The pool was a big hit with the family and we would rent this property again.

The house was great and our large family with several small children had plenty of space. We loved the pool and outdoor space.

Could not have been better. Beautiful home right on the water. The pool was great, the kids loved the sand beach into the lake. The dock was perfect for fishing and cannonballs. Highly recommend.

The house was as advertised and the caretaker and his wife were very nice and helpful. The bit suggestion I have is a rail on the pool. The group I was with mostly over 68 and a rail on the pool would be a good safety item. More cup towels in the kitchen and bigger bathroom towels. Thank you for the stay. Myra

Are group really enjoyed our stay in Granbury. The house was perfect for our trip. The pool was wonderful and our 2 boys really enjoyed fishing in the lake.
