Only a mile's drive to I-70, this spacious townhome is very close to the City Market and a variety of restaurants. It is centrally and conveniently located to take advantage of all that Summit County has to offer: 4 world-class ski resorts, amazing mountain biking, hiking, a fantastic road-bike trail that extends as far as Vail - just to name a few
While Winter is king in Summit County, summer fun is abundant as well, as the Marina and amphitheater are a mile away for boating and summer concert enjoyment.
Although a car is recommended, the free county bus stop is about 1/2 mile from this home. The attached garaged is a terrific amenity during the snowy months, and with that, comes the driveway, which provides parking for two additional vehicles.
The home features a fully stocked kitchen, including a slow-cooker to ensure the chili is ready when you get back from the slopes. The dining room table is large enough for 8, and the breakfast bar has 3 stools with plenty of room. Of course, a full-size washer and dryer are in the unit.
For entertainment, the Smart-TV in the living room is 65-inch LED with high definition cable. The TV includes Netflix and Amazon Prime built-in (use your own accounts). The high speed wireless internet (150MBPS) provides plenty of bandwidth for streaming. For excellent TV sound and streaming music, a Sonos soundbar is part of the setup.
The en suite master bedroom has a queen bed, closet and a view of the mountains. Also with a TV with Smart Apps.
The second bedroom also is a queen with sliding doors to the lower deck. a smart TV is also provided.
The third bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed and a closet. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower (no tub).
All bedrooms and two of the bathrooms are on the lower level. While the living room, dining room, kitchen and the 2nd bathroom are on the main (street) level.
Enjoyed being close to many ski resorts
The heating unit downstairs went out while we were there. We got in contact with the owner and he said go to the store and try some batteries. Thankfully that worked, but it wasn’t our job to fix something on the rental. Also hasn’t paid us back as he stated he would for fixing the issue. Condo is in town up the road from a grocery store, gas station, and theater.
This property was awesome! Everything was stocked in the home. The owner was available if needed. The home was clean, spacious, great location, no noise from neighbors. No downfalls!
We had an amazing time in Colorado and loved staying at this property. The location cannot be beat! We did so many activities that were all within about 35 minutes of this location. Snow tubing in Frisco, snowshoeing at Vail, walking around Breckenridge and skiing/snowboarding at Loveland. We also visited Iron Mountain Hot Springs about 1.5 hours away. Even just driving about three minutes over to the Dillon Reservoir for the kids to play at the snow-covered park was fun. The area around the house is perfect with a grocery store three minutes away and several shops and restaurants. The house is perfectly appointed with plenty of towels and comfortable beds. We loved having three bathrooms and showers for our party of seven to use. We cooked every morning and night in the kitchen and were so pleased with everything available to use for preparing our meals. The gas fireplace put out lots of heat. The soundbar was fun to use when we were having dinner and happy hour. We loved using the garage and being able to get into a warm car that wasn't covered in snow. We have stayed in many different rental properties as a group and all agreed this was probably the best for our families. We can't say enough good things! Thanks so much for the hospitality, Tom.
Very comfortable and well-equipped, loved the in-floor heating and the provided humidifiers. Location is perfect, walk to grocery store or roll down right onto I-70.

Great views and a large place. Everything was there that needed to be. House could have been cleaner and carpets are a little worn down. But I'd stay there again.

Property was as advertised!! Clean and very well appointed. Beds were comfortable and location to stores, restaurants, liquor, ski shops was superb. Kitchen is well stocked and views were awesome. Saw a fox roaming around area which was pretty cool. Having a garage is a huge plus as well. Owner Tom was fantastic always answering our questions promptly! Will do again no doubt!!!!
This is a beautiful property with a 2 car garage. The owner is very responsive through text if you need anything and he makes it extremely easy to check in. It is a very comfortable place to stay with a beautiful view and easy access to restaurants, stores or ski areas (15 to 20 min to A-Basin, Breck, Keystone, Loveland or Copper. The garage door opener is an especially nice touch so you are never punching codes in the cold to get in or leave. I would highly recommend this property.
