Spacious Folsom Getaway w/ Pool & Hot Tub!

Location is fantastic and the host is responsive, even arranged an early check in at the last minute. The house itself is a gem; great neighborhood and space within. However, I had to give a low rating for two reasons: Cleanliness issues and the generally run down condition/deferred maintenance inside. A thorough deep clean is needed, including carpets/unholstery,as well as appliances. Replace the missing flooring and cracked tiles in the hall bath! Get some drapery panels that cover the entire sliding door in the primary bedroom...no privacy! Treat the shower mold! The trash bins were overflowing from previous guests. The list goes on. I communicated with the owner, (who uses a management company, Evolve) and sent some pictures. She is not local, so I assume she has not been aware of the deterioration of the property, but responsive to the cleanliness issues I identified. Could be the management company is not doing its job. This could be a 5 star home with some TLC and a refresh!

The house was beautiful. It was clean, in a great neighborhood, and close to everything that we wanted to do. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The host was very responsive, and turned on the hot tub whenever we requested it

We came down for a visit with family. Overall the house was good and close to town/ammenities but could tell overall maintenance was lacking some. Many of the exterior back porch lights were out (string lights), the two reclining sub chairs pool side were unusable due to deteriorating (being torn) no lights in the pool at night, many of the cushions on the outside seating were torn/worn down, and the grill was super dirty and took awhile to burn off (clean up) just to cook on. Inside the master shower has black mildew on the faucets, and was never able to figure out how to stream anything on the living room tv besides turning it on (we also didn’t ask for help with that though). Otherwise the owner was pretty responsive with turning on the hot tub when we wanted it heated.

House was perfect for 6 guests, the house and yard were clean and spacious, and the host was really responsive, even on a holiday weekend.

Our family stayed here for as we were in town for my niece's wedding. It is a beautiful and spacious home (all of the updates are lovely and the furnishings are great). There is a bike trail that is easily accessed from the cul-de-sac. The beds were comfortable and the house is quiet. The hot tub was broken during our stay, so we just used the pool during the 98 degree F weather. It was refreshing and just what we needed to help cool off. The owner Sylvia was very communicative and easy to connect with when needed.

Host where very accommodating, large beautiful home plenty of room, great kitchen and family room and backyard was amazing kept the whole family busy all day would love to stay again and recommend to all my friends

Great location and communication. Decently quiet. Good pillows. Hot tub not working during our stay, but got a little compensation for that. Could have been a bit cleaner. (Windows, carpeting) Other than the hot tub not working, would prob stay again.

It was nice to see the pictures represent the house so well. Everything was great. We would certainly stay here again.

This is our third (or fourth??) time staying at this house. We love the location, the pool, the spa, and how well the streaming works on all the TVs -- that sounds silly, but the kids appreciate not getting stuck by slow wifi. We'll be back!

Loved this property. Centrally located, under 10 minutes to everything we wanted to do. House is at a dead end so no street traffic. Layout of the house was great with kids, en-suite room was at the other side of the house making it feel more private. Our kids loved the backyard and were in the pool all day long. We will be coming back.

Great neighborhood walking trail nearby and the hot tub heated up really quickly. Highly recommend.

We stayed in Folsom for our visit to family. The house is beautiful with a great pool and play structure for children. The owners have added supplies that most homes and owners don’t do. There were coffee pods available and laundry pods and shampoos and conditioners in the showers. None of this they are required to do but because of this we would definitely return to of the need arises.

The house was a hit with our large family, both young and old!
