We had a great stay here in Folsom. The host was thoughtful and helpful, and even left us with some thoughtful welcome items and Halloween candy - We were glad to be able to give some out to the kids in the neighborhood. The house was very nicely appointed and had everything we needed. If we return to Folsom, we’d love to stay here again.

This spot was perfect for my adult son and I. It was nice and quiet and was in the historic district so a lot of places to walk to if you wanted to leave the car behind. The space was very clean. All the amenities were great as well. The beds were nice and large and comfortable. We were only in town for a short time for a wedding and this was perfect. Lisa (host) was so kind, helpful, and prompt replying with any questions I had. Check out and check in were effortless. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

This property met all our expectations. It was very clean, comfortable and in an excellent location. Everything had been remodeled not too long ago and was very well kept. The kitchen had all the amenities and very nice appliances. The bathroom was a nice size with a cabinet around the sink, something I like. The air conditioner worked really well in 100 degree weather..We would absolutely stay here again.

This was an excellent getaway near historic Folsom. We stayed 5 nights. Even though it's part of a duplex, only the garages connect, so you never hear the neighbors. One of the living room windows looks out to one of the nicer historic homes. The location was perfect to branch out to surrounding areas. As for the house itself, pretty much everthing you needed was available. (We loved the Keurig Duo!) As mentioned in the description, only 2 blocks from the historic Main street. You can walk down the hill, or easily find parking. Lots of cute stores, restaurants, and a local museum.
