Spacious Family Vacation Home- Sleeps 15! Now booking 2026

Owner communication was excellent, great location, well maintained, did not use the pool but it looked very nice and was always occupied with families. visited Jungle Jims which the youngsters really enjoyed, within walking distance. Close to grocery stores, adult beverage stores and restaurants. Easy drive to the beach.

Just came home from a wonderful stay. We had 11 family members and the house fit everyone comfortably. We cooked every night and the kitchen was a great size and we'll stocked with pots/pans, etc. The hosts always answered our questions within an hour and were so nice. Highly recommend staying at this property.

Our vacation was so much more than we expected!!! The house was perfect with plenty of room for the adults and children!!! The community was great, people very friendly and the pool certainly was a hit for everyone!!! The location couldn’t have been better!!! Close to EVERYTHING!!!!! Beach, shopping and restaurants!!! The hosts were very helpful and available. Great time!!!Thank you so much!!!

This house was perfect for my family. It was close to everything we needed. Like grocery stores, outlets, Wawa’s, beach, and boardwalk. If we didn’t want to go to the beach there is a nice swimming pool on the property. I really liked the fact that there was an extra refrigerator in the house. I will definitely rent the house again.

The house perfectly fits our 14 family members with a wide age range. The second refrigerator was a big help in storing food and drink. There is plenty of room to spread out. The kids liked to swim in the neighborhood pool at the end of a day on the beach.

The house has six bedrooms and they are spaced out to minimize the chance of disruptions. The kitchen and family areas are large, centrally located and comfortable. My family of 16 spent days at the beach and on the bike trails, but a big breakfast and family dinner were at the house each day. The 4.5 bathrooms accommodated all of our needs. Hope you are not coming on Memorial Day because i will be asking for this house every year.

The house was perfect for our family. We vacationed with our 3 daughters and their families. Each family had their own section of the house with a bathroom and privacy. Rehoboth is a beautiful area, great beaches, activities to do and plenty of eateries. The house was located in a lovely development with a pool and centrally located to enjoy the area . Greg and Sherri were good hosts always answered all questions quickly. Big beautiful home, so comfortable plenty of room. Great vacation!!

Our family beach vacation was excellent! The home was so spacious and welcoming. The neighborhood was quiet and the pool was refreshing. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect size for various ages. Great location.

Our group was a mix from grandparents on down to an infant. The layout of the house gave each family their own space with was nice. We had one issue and Greg was immediately responsive. We enjoyed the neighborhood pool and having beach parking passes included was helpful. The one tough piece is no real outside area to enjoy at the house itself and rules within the community for outside.. We made do and would consider returning if in the area again.
