Spacious Family Retreat near Botanica, Legoland, Frontwave Arena, & Beach!

This was a perfect place to spend our week in Oceanside for our granddaughter’s graduation. It is a beautiful home and so nicely furnished. It is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We will definitely stay here again when we visit our family again.

Great home, very family friendly - kids loved the big bathtub!

Enjoyable 5 night stay for a family wedding… Plenty of space to sleep 6 for sure. House is very spacious & has been updated somewhat. Generally well-equipped kitchen though some cookware needs replacing.Nice outdoor space overlooking a green area. Not possible to cook outside due to old, rusted grill, Outdoor dining table also broken. Patio cover needs paint!We’d stay again if these updates made! Thanks!

This kitchen had so much to offer, more than usual places we’ve stayed. The bedrooms had a cozy vibe which we appreciated. Two living areas help with just giving space to spread out. My kids loved the garage and all the toys. It’s so quiet which we appreciate.

The house felt like a home when we got there. Heater was on, house wasn't cold. Our kids enjoyed the games in the garage. Kitchen was well stocked. Overall, it's one of our better experiences with VRBO.

The host was welcoming with a sign on the desk inviting my family and I to have an enjoyable stay. The house is exactly as it appears to be in the pictures. The house is spacious and there’s plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing. The board games allowed us to connect as a family which filled the house with laughter.

We were impressed with the accommodations, which exceeded our expectations. Our stay was truly wonderful. The home was spotless and offered a warm, inviting ambiance reminiscent of home. After completing our 25-mile ride, we appreciated returning to the house to relax and enjoy some movies.

We stayed at Kozy Meadows to attend a soccer tournament. This was a great location in relation to the soccer fields at SoCal Sports Complex- a quick 12 minute drive. Beds were comfortable and house was clean. Would stay here again.

We had a lovely time celebrating our bride to be here at this lovely Vrbo! The house was perfect for what we were looking for, and had the cutest extras - we definitely loved the arcade machine in the garage. Would highly recommend!

Nice house!

It was a pleasant stay at the Kozymeadow, everything was expected and more. The bedrooms and beddings were clean and comfortable! The living/ family rooms were big and plenty settings. Kitchen and dinning area were equipped well although we were never cooked anything. Front yard was beautiful with lots of flowers in a very safe and quiet neighborhood! Backyard has space for outdoor dinning, fun and games! We are very happy with the stay and highly recommended to anyone if you are going that way!

This property is one of the nicest homes we’ve rented. The kitchen/family room area is spacious and the couches are exceptionally comfortable. We enjoyed eating on the outdoor patio as well as in the kitchen. The bedrooms have very comfortable linens and mattresses. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. We took daily walks. The communication we had with the property’s manager was outstanding. She gets 5 stars for her kind and helpful nature. Without hesitation, we would rent here again in the future.

Comfortable, clean, nicely decorated and well appointed. They have thought of every thing that might be needed or just nice to have! It’s also in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We would love to come back next time with the grand children as they have provided lots of items for family fun and children.

My mom walked around for an hour saying “I love this.” What an awesome location and beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Will definitely book again.

We were in town over Thanksgiving weekend for a soccer tournament and had grandma with us. This hous we peefect for all of us and we were able to make Thanksgiving dinner. Home was clean, quiet and had everything we needed.

We had such a lovely time at the house. The housekeeper keeps the place immaculate which was appreciated. Plenty of towels, boogie boards, chairs, coolers to take to the beach. Many games to enjoy. The only thing to be aware of is the camera outside the back slider. I wouldn't think they would turn it on when guests are there, but I didn't love it being on when we were hanging out outside or had the slider open for a breeze. Would definitely stay again if we head back to the area.
