Spacious family retreat! Fun and relaxation just two blocks from the beach!

Beautiful location and great access to amenities.

We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t recommend this place more. The space was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described—if not better. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the host. They were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Check-in was seamless, communication was easy, and we felt welcomed from start to finish. This is one of those stays that sets the bar high—would happily stay here again without hesitation.

We really enjoyed our 3-night stay here. 4 golfers playing at Sea Island for an annual event. Super close to everything. 4 minute walk to some great restaurants and the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is absolutely beautiful, exactly as promoted online. Location is very convenient to the beach and close to all major eateries in St. Simon. We could not have asked for a better property to enjoy our St. Simon get-away!

Katie is great, a little problem and she wanted to fix them right away. It’s vrbo who is controlling everything and instead of me being able to send a picture for the pest control guy to see the kind of roach that the kids see , vrbo’s messages cannot accept pictures and hides Katie’s email address for me to send it to. I am not interested to put that picture here now as it’s supposed to help and not to destroy the facilities image.Other than that, Katie’s place is perfect!

I can’t say enough good things about this property! It’s elegant southern charm! Had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. Super clean! Walk to beach was shaded and beautiful! Communication with owner was immediate with any questions we had. We got away with my daughter’s bridesmaids for the weekend. We loved sitting on the front porch drinking our coffee! Walking distance to several amazing restaurants. Highly recommend Fiddlers. Best meal we had! Thanks for sharing your little piece of heaven! We have the best memories there.

The house was exactly as described, and a perfect setting for our extended family's quiet celebration of grandma's 70th birthday. Close to the beach and a block of restaurants, and enough comfortable space for everyone.
