Spacious family fun with game room, only 4 miles from East Beach! Relax + Enoy!

I loved this rental home. Everything we needed was already in the home. This home is very clean. You will not be disappointed. It is close to the beaches and restaurants. Excellent!!

Absolutely beautiful home. Kitchen has everything you need and beds are comfortable. Beautiful view of sunset on the march from the porch of the living room. Loved the location.

Everything as advertised and more. Beautifully decorated house with all the amenities we could ask for. TV in every room. House is centrally located and close to everything including several restaurants and a grocery store.

Overall the stay was good. Location and house in general was great. However, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling in the Master downstairs and the listing said four bedroom. We only saw three bedrooms with four beds. Also, checking in was a bit off when I had to track down the manager to send the door code for us to check-in to the spot. Apart from that everything was great

House was nicer than expected. For the host: door knob should be fixed. Loose and a bit tricky. Not a safety issue. Please add a few tissue boxes ?

The needs were met in every way, very quiet and comfortable stay. I would like to see blinds on the windows for privacy but everything else was on point.

Close to several restaurants and market. It a bad drive to the beach. Clean and well furnished and a great place to stay on St Simmons.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family during our daughter’s wedding. We enjoyed meals and beach time leading up to the wedding. The basement was an added bonus giving so much space for all the extras that come with an out of town wedding. It was a great place to keep flowers and other wedding accessories. We had the most dreamy day of wedding prep complete with a trolley ride to the venue. The master bedroom was particularly comfy for me as the mother of the bride! I had room for all our clothes and a quite place to retreat to as well. We enjoyed gathering on the porches for coffee and had our late night bites around the coffee table. The host answered my calls and was quick to help in every way. Beautiful decor and a cozy home away from home. Could not have asked for more. ♥️

It was a great weekend!!!

Lovely property, great location, walkable community. The check-in process was a little tricky. We had a difficult time with the lock box. I called and messaged the online property manager and did not get a reply. A quick prayer and 2 people attempting the lock later and we were successful. The house was beautiful, clean with enough space for all 6 of us. The amenities were nice and we appreciated the sweet treats in the freezer. Lots of cleaning supplies and cleaning tools available. The garage basement activities were fun and engaging for the teenagers. This property was wonderful overall.

My family and I enjoyed are stay. The property was located approximately in the middle of the island making it perfect to explore the entire island. The property was well maintained and offered plenty of room for me, my daughter, my brother and parents. The host was easy to get a hold of and responded promptly. The only thing I would of changed about our stay was the beds. Two of the four beds available at the property were very, very soft and offered little to know support. They were very uncomfortable.
