Excellent host. The property was very comfortable & easily accommodated our group of 6 adults & 4 children. Great location near the Strand.

We Enjoyed our stay. Easy to check in and prompt responses. Beds were comfortable and made up when we arrived. Issues with oven didn’t resolve so had to use bbq. Both bbq were clean and easy to use.Both toilets are in bathrooms so a bit tricky in the morning with 10 people wanting to go at the same time as people showering. Floors could do with a bit more of a clean as sand and body hair found on floor.Very close to beach front and town amenities. Plenty of cooking amenities and cutlery, crockery, glasses. We think we will book again for our next long weekend however would like the oven to be repaired as we rely on an oven. Thankyou

OWe had a wonderful time! Ideal location and amazingly comfy beds, pillow and bedding. Disappointed that we could only see half the view as the windows were not clean. Could have done with some small shampoo, shower gel and extra TP too. Definitely be back! Thanks Robyn.

We advised the host of 16 items that were not working or needed attention, but the host did not bother to reply. Not up to standard compared to other places where we have stayed.

All ages enjoyed the accomodation. The location was great. Close to beaches. The tourist steam train station was walking distance. In addition, the teenagers found lots of op shops nearby. Two living rooms an asset.leveaccomodationmeant

House and furniture very comfortable. Nice quality furniture and bedding, plenty of cooking gear etc. and location lovely.

I booked this two night getaway for myself and friends, sisters for a 40th getaway celebration. Could not have been more impressed with the presentation and location of the home. 5 -10 people, plenty of room. 100 m to the beach an walking paths.

The beach house was perfect for our getaway, truly an excellent location. Walking distance to the beach and shops. All the comforts from home, beds very comfortable. Robyn the host is very helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend! Thank you

We are 6 friends of 40+ years who have been enjoying a weekend getaway together since we turned 50- some 15 years now. This house is in the perfect location. Is always spotless and well equipped with everything you need.

The property was clean and well presented. However there were a few issues that could be improved upon. For a house that sleeps up to 12 people, the hot water system coped with half this amount of people taking 2 -3 minute showers ….We were informed there were plungers and espresso machines for coffee…. What was available would have been adequate for a… but nowhere near the requirements for a family. And 1 roll of toilet paper for 7 people for 3 nights seemed a bit ridiculous. Overall it was a pleasant stay but a few of these things… particularly the hot water… would have made for a much more pleasant stay.
