Spacious Executive Home, safe neighborhoo, 2 miles to Mayo Clinic

The house was very spacious and comfortable with gas fireplaces. The back yard was a daily view of deer and other animals. Highly recommended !

This is a nice clean open floor plan. Fireplace in Living Room keeps the main floor warm and cozy. Kitchen is equipped with all the things needed for cooking. New Washer and Dryer was put I during our stay and it is NICE. The backyard gives you a good view of wildlife at times! The only reason I give a 4 is because the cable is horrible. Hardly any channels nor Netflix to watch. TV’s aren’t Smart TV’s so we bought a Roku for our stay.

What a beautiful home complete with everything anyone could need or want while away from home. The close proximity to Mayo was so helpful and a welcome home while away from home. Sitting on the deck at night watching the rabbits catching fireflies was very relaxing after a day of medical procedures. Our family was so comfortable during our stay. Jason was a wonderful host ; very easy to contact and very attuned to our needs. If we find ourselves heading to Mayo again, we will definitely contact Jason. Perfect place to stay.

Probably the best HomeAway in Rochester. Located in a very nice neighborhood, conveniently close to Mayo Clinic, shopping and restaurants. This property is huge and can easily accommodate a large family. Tastefully decorated, spotless clean and with a full equipped kitchen. A small barbecue at the sun deck offers a most welcome break for outdoors cooking. Jason proved to be a most cooperative and nice host with prompt replies to our questions. I can truly say that this property made our long stay more pleasant and comfortable and we hope to reserve it again for future visits.

This was such a blessing to have this house while we were at the Mayo Clinic! The house is everything that it states it is. It is well cared for and in a nice neighborhood. Great location for anyone that comes to Rochester for the Mayo Clinic! Thank you Jason!

This house made our Mayo Clinic outpatient program so much easier. We were originally in a hotel, but the menu and space got old fast. This house is very close to everything with easy access to highways and the mall. It's in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The main floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a dining room, eat in kitchen, and a cozy couch and fireplace. We sat in front of the fireplace every night. The lower floor was like an apartment! My daughter stayed down there! It has a living room with comfy leather couches and another fireplace! This house looks small from the outside, but I can say there is tons of living g space inside!!! Plus a backyard and grill! Kitchen is fully loaded with new appliances and everything you need to cook any type of meal!

This home is perfect for a stay while visiting Mayo Clinic, just 2 miles away. It is open and spacious, with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to spread out and have their own space. My husband was able to work and my son-in-law able to study, The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware. Staying in a hotel can take its toll on a family during a difficult time, but this home provided a nice respite. Jason is extremely accommodating and easy to work with. I would stay in this home again and would happily work with Jason in the future.
