[Spacious EndUnit] 5B4B, Heatpool BBQ Next to Disney

This was a dog friendly home which is why we rented it. We did not know the dishwasher was needing repair as we did not try to use it. Someone came unannounced on the 2nd day we were there. We were not told a person was coming over to look at the dishwasher. Afterwards, we were told a repairman was coming in the late afternoon a few days later and we needed to be there because of our dog. This was asked without regard to our plans for the day. Management should be more respectful of family who just paid a ton to stay in their house and not bother them with requests that can wait until check out time. Other than that, house was clean, end unit made it easy to park and near to an area where we could walk our dog. I voiced my concern to management about asking us to be home for dishwasher repair and she understood and cancelled the appointment. Also, we rented a grill, two burners did not work. I called management, she gave me a number to the company she uses to call and complain to them. She could have called them herself (we are on vacation, not our job) and get us a new one that worked.

**ALL these points were made aware to the owner. 1. On the first day of the stay, we received a house full of dust and dirt. As well as old poop stains stuck in the toilets. The owner did send cleaners that came at 9 PM to clean, but we told them that it was too late and to return in the morning. Cleaners came the following day and only complained about the dirt, as they had TOLD the property owner that the place needed a deep clean. Even after the cleaners left, we kept finding specks of dust. If I could post pictures, I would. 2. Due to the amount of dirt, some people were immunocompromised and got sick during their stay. 3. We did our micro wedding at this house. It was great to have this availability. However, the AC was not cooling at all, and my expensive hairdo and make-up got ruined in just 10 minutes. Guests were sweating, bride and groom were sweating, INSIDE. AC was set at 74, and it was 82. The AC was fixed the next days as we let the owner know and a technician came. 4. There need to be more kitchen items, as there was not enough to even plate a meal for the number of people allowed to stay at the house. 5. The living room has a curtain that doesn't close, so it is open at all times. No privacy to even close it when leaving the house. 6. Broken TV, broken table, rusted pool chairs. We requested at least a partial refund after we spend more than $3,600 for the stay, and was filled with negativities. We did not enjoy the stay. Stay here if you want headaches.

The house and overall property were great. Only had a couple of small issues. Paid for the grill and did not use. Paid for the heated pool and it warmed up but the weather was too cold. The last two days it did not heat at all and the pump was not running. Too cold anyways so did not bother with it. The AC was also required NOT to be below 74. We are not used to this and usually have ours set to 68. This made nights uncomfortably warm for the upstairs rooms. Downstairs rooms were okay during the morning and evening. Overall well worth renting.

We loved the place!

this property and layout was great. I would suggest some maintenance and cleaning and a better equipped kitchen. there were not enough utensils for our family to have meal.
