Stayed Jun 25, 2025We rented 113A and 113B for a family reunion. Both houses are great! Having the gate open between the two houses was wonderful. The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms was great for 8 families. The beach is a close walk and when not there the pools kept all ages entertained! We will be back!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969It accommodated our large family of 20 and small Frenchie perfectly. SPI Rentals had great communication as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Half bath needs toilet paper roll or table for toilet paper. Smelled a sewer smell throughout upstairs one day, but NW room always had a sewer smell in shower. Spi maintenance left Clorox to use but didn't help. Fitted sheets won't stay on beds. Driveway is the narrowest of the 3 units but “sleeps the most - it needs more parking space. A Mirror in walk in the bedrooms or closet would be nice. Front hose leaks badly sprays from faucet, needs a different hose and a repair. Wobbly and near breaking dinner table chair Pool filter never filtered bugs on top. One jet broken. Sand on the bottom never vacuumed. It didn't seem to work like the other units. It didn't stay as clean.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house was great, the layout is good, it could use a few more cooking things such as cookie sheets and pizza pan, the pots and pans are really well used. I think the swimming pool could use a little more maintenance, when you have a large group using a small pool like this one the water gets pretty yucky looking real fast! Overall we had a good stay and lots of memories made at SPI

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Loved everything about this place. The rooms as well as the dinning and living room is very spacious. you can view the whole pool area from the dinning table and the living room sofa. It is very much clean I especially loved the balconies sitting areas and how it connects to the room next door in the back end and front. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a place to stay. The walk to the beach is very close we were able to crab hunt twice in a row and walked to the beach all days we were there. It is also super easy to stay and extra day if you decide to. The people at SpI rentals are very helpful. Thank you once again and Thank you To Marina for helping me retrieve my belonging once we had departed 30 mims later with out any problems.
