House Rules:
Pool heating is optional/prepaid, $87 night, 2 night minimum. This must be prepaid 3 days in advance, so that the pool heater can be started on time. Prepaid pool heat is maintained at 82-85 degrees from 9am to 10pm.
By reserving your stay at this property, you agree to the Rental Agreement which will be sent before your stay.

4) Motion activated security cameras are located around the outside of the house. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the house.

The following are part of the Orange County Code regarding short-term rental properties. Violations of these codes will result in significant fines and may result in immediate eviction.
1) We will need a legal photo ID of the primary renter with their phone number
2) No more than 8 (eight) guests at any time
3) When parking in the driveway, 2 vehicles Maximum permitted
4) When parking in the driveway, the public sidewalk must be completely clear.
5) Quiet time is 10:00pm to 7:00 am. This means no outdoor activities (you may be outside so long as you do not disturb the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.). Activities in the house should not be audible outside. Use of the pool, BBQ and outdoor dining area in the backyard must end by
10:00 pm.
6) No parking of RVs, toy haulers, trailers, busses, boats, etc. (No Garage Access)

-Occupant ( s) acknowledge and agree to use the equipment provided, swimming pool AT THEIR OWN RISK and hold harmless Owner and Owner's Representative(s). Owner and Owner’s Representative(s) will not assume any liability for any injuries incurred thereto.

We have NO-party/event policy that will include a loss of full $600 damage deposit, immediate eviction and a $300 per person added fee.
Going over approved guest amount of 8 (eight) guests will result in immediate removal from the property with no refund.
This property is strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited. There will be a minimum charge of $300 charge if evidence of smoking is discovered.
Any damaged or missing property will be immediately charged to the guest.
In order to protect our guests & our home, we have an outdoor surveillance system installed and recording at all times. Cameras are located at Front, Rear, and Sides of property. Tampering with cameras is prohibited.
Please understand that we love animals. HOWEVER, we are also hosting children who are severely allergic to certain chemical/animal hair and it can have disastrous consequences. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate guests with pet(s) at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Wi-Fi is free of charge to guests. However, host is not responsible for any outages or speed signal issues that are beyond the host control.
Trash bins will be brought out/in by maintenance Sundays/Mondays.
Pool Maintenance arrives every Thursday morning
No overnight on street parking. Your vehicle(s) will be ticketed by City/County. However, off street parking in driveway will be accommodated for 2 (two) vehicles maximum. We are not responsible for any tickets and/or impounds if left parked overnight.

Beautifully remodeled house with everything a family could ever need for a clean, comfortable, serene experience away from the hubbub of Disney, but only a few minutes away from it all. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Would come back and highly recommend to others.
The house was very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable.
Location was great for Disney. Easy drive and nice and quiet for our down time. We chose to heat the pool and it was definitely worth it. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Beds were very comfortable and all everything we needed for our stay was well stocked. Would recommend and stay again.
The house and host were great, beds super comfortable and clean, bathrooms spotless. We didn’t use the pool much as it was a relatively cool weekend, but we were also interested in the beaches and exploring, and visiting family in town. I really appreciated the communication with Jade before and during the reservation, including a very delayed arrival, and the little snack station in the kitchen was much appreciated by my kids. The checkout process was not onerous as it can be at some VrBOs or ABNBs which made our leaving early for our flight much easier.
The property was just as pictured. My husband and myself were taken back on how accurate the home was to the pictures. Everything was very clean and neat. We all had a wonderful time and enjoyed the pool. We will definitely be coming back. Jade, was very helpful in sending all information needed and made it easy to communicate.
This was our first time to Disneyland and we had a great stay, quiet, safe neighborhood at this home! Jade was an awesome host! Great and quick communication. We love the cleanliness of the home, everything! Love the welcome snack tray! Thank you! The pool was deep, for my kiddos, but we came prepared with life jackets and floaty so it was okay. Beds are comfy, bathrooms are so cool design, and love how everything such as extra towels, complimentary was provided in each area of the house. Definitely recommend this place!
We were very happy about our first experience with VRBO. This home was amazing. Very modern, beautiful and close to Disney. Jade was very helpful in everything we asked and went above and beyond for our needs traveling with young children. They even put the security fence up around the pool for safety. Definitely would recommend this home for anyone, especially with children.
Jade was very nice and quickly responded to us with any questions we had. The house was modern just like we hoped and very clean. We were able to visit Disneyland and Knotts which were both less than 10 min away. In N Out Burger was also across the street! ? Great Location!
