Spacious Desert Retreat Perfect for Groups/Family

Communication was great and the house was very clean

Quiet, clean, everything as advertised. The pool was really great for kids and everyone. Close to grocery stores and Starbucks.

This house was perfect for our group size of 10 people. About 30-40 mins to downtown Palm Springs. Pool area was lovely. Kitchen had just about everything except for Air Fryer and blender. Nigel was a great and responsive host.

This house was perfect for our group of friends & family for my husband’s birthday celebration! The home was stocked with everything we could ever need. Beds were comfortable, plenty of TVs for Sunday football playoffs & fantastic kitchen for cooking meals together. The pool, hot tub & double yards were great! Nigel’s communication was 100%, available for anything we needed to improve our stay but we didn’t need anything because it was already there!! Highly recommend this beautiful home for your next visit!! Thanks Nigel, we’ll be back!!

We loved this property. It had enough space for our family of 11. It was well equipped( especially loved that there was enough plates). The pool equipment worked as described. Nigel was very responsive to any requests we had. Overall a wonderful experience. We highly recommend it.

Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. We had my full (all adult) family and there was so much space for all of us to either spreadout when needed or hang together in one room. It was perfect. Plenty of closet space and an amazing backyard.

We enjoyed our stay in Bermuda Dunes area. It was close to the Indian Wells Gardens Tennis facility where we were watching the tournament and had a grocery store right around the corner. The house was nice. We had 7 adults staying together. Two of the bedrooms have bathrooms attached to them. The other three rooms had one bathroom to share. Not ideal in my opinion but we made it work. This property has a pool and hot tub. The outdoor furniture and table were covered in sand when we got there. When I asked the host about it, his reply was that it is the dessert and things get covered in sand so just be prepared. The lounge chairs did have covers on them but were dirty, not just sandy. I would suggest making sure they were washed before I would stay there again. There were ample bath and pool towels so we made it work. We paid the additional fees to have the pool and spa heated. That needs to be included in the cost of the rental in my opinion. Nigel, the host, was always quick to respond and very good at providing information about the house. The neighborhood felt safe and the house had everything needed to enjoy our stay.

A great place to stay, but description of beds was not accurate. 2 master bedrooms had king beds, one room had a king bed, another had a king bed and a twin, and another room had a king bed. There was a futon in the living room. Claiming to have multiple beds in more than one room left us a little disappointed with the sleeping arrangements for a group of 12 guys going on a golf trip, but otherwise the house was nice.

We had 6 adults on a work trip for a conference, staying at the house as a Palm Springs base and working from the home. The house was so beautifully decorated, with many areas for working, relaxing, spending time together and enjoying the beautiful Plam Springs weather. The heated pool and hot tub were a real treat, and the private garden had beautiful hummingbirds visiting all day. Nigel was an absolute dream host, with great communication, and even some pre-trip holiday tips for the area. Five stars, would recommend. Thanks for having us!
