    Would have been great to stay longer but headed out on a cruise. Really close and easy to transport to the cruise terminal in Long Beach. Ali was quick to respond to our questions. Thanks Ali!

    Seven of us stayed in this home for a few days while we were waiting to set sail on a cruise out of Long Beach. Four adults and three little ones (10, 7 and 4). The set up of the house was perfect for us and the location was good.Easy walking distance to the water front and beach. Lots of choices of places to eat, as well. Super convenient in getting to the cruise line terminal. Uber was typically only a 2-3 minute wait.The house is comfy and cozy. Well stocked with the essentials like towels, toilet paper, kitchen supplies, etc. Please keep in mind that this is an older home. It is very clean and well kept, but being an older home it may appear not super clean, but it is.The host was very gracious and communicated well. We felt at home and were able to enjoy the kids and grandkids with no problem. I would highly recommend.

    This house was great affordable option for our stay in LA while visiting Disney, the Aquarium and a few other attractions nearby. Pine street is easily walkable and had plenty of nice coffee shops and restaurants. Neighbourhood felt very safe and quiet. The house was lovely and spacious for the 7 of us. The driveway parking was an added bonus!

    This was a beautiful historic house about a mile from the convention center and beach area. The propery manager Ali went above and beyond to address the issues that we had. But, we did have several major issues. The listing says there is parking for four cars, which is not accurate because the owner understandably has his own cars. But, the listing should be revised. We were able to park two cars in the driveway, but the third had to be parked on the street. Street parking was hard to come by and there was street sweeping, so we had to move the third car multiple times during the week. Second, there were no sheets for the futon when we arrived. Ali ordered new sheets immediately for arrival the next day, but it was a bit of a scramble to figure things out for the first night. Third, it was an unusually hot week in Long Beach and the portable a/c units were not working adequately. The first night was unbearable. Ali went out the next day and got a new a/c unit. So, the property manager was amazingly responsive to the issues that occured, but I am docking a star because each of these issues could have been avoided. Had we known only two parking spots were available, we could have tried carpooling further down to two cars.

    This house was perfect for my family. We had plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. The owner was very friendly. I definitely recommend this property. 10 min away from the Port.
