Stayed Nov 20, 2025We felt very welcomed with a personal note and all the amenities (pool, fire pit, etc) all well explained. When we walked in we immediately felt relaxed and in a home vs a sterile rental. Location was great, nice and quiet yet close to it all, hard to know from the quiet house and serene yard 290 was just a little ways down the road! Beautiful yard and the interior space worked great for a large family group. Host was very responsive and immediately answered any and all questions.

Stayed Oct 9, 2025We had a great experience staying here! The pool was bigger than expected we ended up swimming more than we thought we would. The host were very well mannered and communicated so well with us. You can tell they put in so much effort to make this place feel like home. The check in process was so smooth. Overall would definitely recommend. Hopefully we can go back another time.

Stayed Sep 26, 2025We really enjoyed our stay at this Vrbo. There was 9 of us staying and we all fit comfortably. There are only two bathrooms so be prepared to set up a shower schedule for large groups.The pool was a good size with a grill and plenty of seating conveniently close by.The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed for our BBQ pool day.If you're visiting Dripping Springs i highly recommend this Vrbo.

Stayed Sep 5, 2025What a wonderful property! It has lots of room for big families. The outdoor patio and pool are so relaxing! Every thing was provided to make our stay easy and fun! Plenty of towels, beach towels, napkins, paper towels...and so much more. Even a jar of yummy homemade jam! We would stay here again! Patricia has the best and fastest communication. Great property!! Stayed May 7, 2025This property is by far one of the best stays I have had in VRBO! Will recommend to anyone I know coming to town, and when we need to go back. Plenty of room for all our family to spend time together celebrating our UT grad. Fully stocked with everything you could need and great little extras! We spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoor spaces and grill! Dogs loved the yard to play! And if you need it, handicap accessible….perfect location to enjoy Austin and get out of the craziness too!
