Welcome to the most tranquil section of Wells Beach. Powder soft sand and high tide never chases you off the beach. The bonus is that you have the tidal harbor right outside your back door. An ever changing vista.
Every bedroom has updated mattresses, bedding and pillows for your home away from home. This home is comfortable and fully functional. The kitchen and family room are enormous! Perfect for entertaining and you won't believe the expansive patio and grill are right outside your door. Both are still under construction but photos will be updated as we progress. This property is wonderful! Everything from the location to the home! We took my older sister who has some mobility challenges and the first floor was perfect for her in every way! Erin was a great host. We hope to make this a yearly event. Thanks Erin great job!

We have vacationed in the Wells and Ogunquit area for ~10 years. Our family has grown (3 adults, 2 teenagers and 7 year old) since first visiting and we wanted a place where friends and family could visit for the day without feeling cramped. As much as I would like to keep this place all to myself, it is too good to keep secret. It was by far the best vacation we have had in the area. The pictures are good but do not do it justice. Location, location, location is perfect, the views are amazing and a very short walk to the beach. We had friends invite us to the beach and questioned why we would ever leave the back deck overlooking the harbor with our private beach. You will feel like you are on vacation as soon as you arrive. We entertained friends for breakfast and dinner a few times. The home has everything you would need to cook a meal for 10 people, grill, industrial sized gas griddle, oven, cooking top and all the plates and utensils to go with it. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are modern and well designed, there is technology throughout the home (Sonos Home System), and the AC works very well to keep you cool and the humidity comfortable. The owners (Erin and Andy) were very accessible and easy to talk to. You can tell that they made this place their beach dream home. I trust that everyone will have as nice a time as we did staying here. We are already planning to return.
