This Georgian detached home is perfect if you are working away in Leeds and need a place between meetings to relax and work. The home provides great places for phone calls and working, with a front and back garden and a snug TV room.

Our guests love the location. As its a short walk to local bars, cafes and parks / green spaces. And for great shopping, and nightlife you can walk to Leeds city centreor Headingley.

If you are coming to Leeds to Watch sport at the headingley Stadium, or an event at the Leeds Arena or seeing your children at the University of Leeds, its also a short walk or taxi ride.

With a large open plan kitchen dining area for entertaining, a south facing garden for relaxing and eating outside, and a separate lounge snug to watch TV.

Our car parking space at the front door is free to use. There is also free on-street parking.

The bedrooms are large with traditional Georgian features of high ceilings, large windows, spacious bedrooms and decorative feature fireplaces.

A short walk to the buzzing restaurant and bar district, at Headingley or Leeds City Centre. Cafes and new cool local bars, and the Golden Beam, Wetherspoons, Hyde park movie theater, small supermarkets are near the house.

Leeds city center, has great shopping, great places to eat, nightlife and museums.

We have many guests that have stayed when they are attending an event at the Leeds Arena, A sports match at the Headingley Stadium Or for the Graduations Ceremonies at the University of Leeds.

From the house there is quick access to local supermarkets, and bus stops https://www.firstbus.co.uk/leeds, Headingley train station and Uber taxis. So it's well connected.

If you love walking, the walks on the door steps are a large park with running track and great for dogs, its call 'Woodhouse Moor' park, at the end of Victoria Road you connects onto the Meanwood Valley trail, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meanwood_Valley_Trail and a short walk to walk the Leeds Liverpool canal, that allows a pleasant walk into Leeds City Centre or into the countryside.

No parties allowed. (A night in with the 8 people that are staying at the house and is fine.)

    Great sized property in a convenient location for attending graduation at Leeds University. Plenty of dining options in walking distance. Well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds.
