Living Room - Well designed living space with plenty of seating, including a large flat screen TV. More seatingspace with a table, where you can enjoy the VNO Stereo system and have a glass of wine.



Kitchen & Dining - Beautifully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, electric oven, gas hob, coffee machine, microwave & dishwasher. Beautiful wooden dining room table with seating for 6. There is a washing machine, with a drying rack located in the cupboard in the entrance.



Main Bathroom - Bath / Shower with quality towels and essential amenities provided.



Bedroom One - Bedroom with a king size bed and quality linen, ample hanging space, drawer storage, Robert bluetooth radio on the bedside table. Ensuite is included with shower and hairdryer provided.

    We had a really lovely stay in this very well presented house. The house is very bright throughout with really nice interior design. The property is really handy for easy access to the centre of Leeds or access to the motorway for travel further a field. We stayed while our house was being renovated and found it a lovely place to work from home but also easy to access major routes out of Leeds when we needed to travel into work. There’s a lovely nature area within the housing estate that provides a nice place to sit and relax. I would highly recommend this property.

    Beautifully presented spacious house in a quiet location and perfect for us to visit family and friends in Leeds. Great host would definitely recommend this property!
