A fully renovated home boasting beautiful trees, a lovely fenced yard, a quiet neighborhood, AND! It's just blocks away from delightful downtown Tomball. Since most of our guests are couples and families transitioning from one home to another, we strive to provide you with a comfortable and stress-free place-of-in-between. That's why we call it Brightside. We want you to see the bright side of things every time you walk in the door! Brightside is 1600 square feet with three private bedroomsthat sleep 6, a big farmhouse kitchen, a spacious living area, an indoor laundry room, space for approved pets and all the shopping and charm Tomball has to offer. You won't find a more comfortable short/mid-term residence than our Moore Street home-away-from-home.

ABOUT THE OWNERS:

Frank and Becky Thompson live just 20 minutes away and are experienced owners with eight other similar rentals in the area since 2015. They're very proud all of their properties have 5-star ratings, and they look forward to providing you with a similarly pleasurable experience.

BRIGHTSIDE FEATURES:

Three bedrooms – Brand new, comfortable mattresses are on each bed. Soft quality bed linens and towels provide all the comforts of home away from home. We have a king bed and TV in the master, a daybed with trundle in bedroom two, and twin beds in bedroom 3.

Living area - Comfortable and generous seating plus a big flat screen TV with cable. A desk is also available for working at home.

Kitchen – Fully-stocked with all the necessary dishes, utensils and appliances you would need to prepare meals for your family no matter how long your stay. New appliances include a dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave. Table seating is for 6 with additional bar seating for 2. If more seating is needed, just ask the owners for extra chairs.

Bathrooms - Master and hall bath both have tub/shower combos, single sinks with very large mirrors and generous counter space.

Television & WiFi – WiFi is excellent. Roku TV in living room and Master bedroom

Back Yard - Fully fenced. Contains charcoal grill and outdoor seating.

Parking – We have off-street parking available for two -four cars depending on size.

Children – Welcome.

Pets – Considered. Must be approved by owner prior to booking.

NO SMOKING – Neither smoking nor vaping are allowed indoors or out.

NEARBY SHOPPING and Restaurants – Major grocery stores plus Walmart and Target are just 5 minutes away. Local Tomball eateries are moments away and dozens of upscale restaurants are 15-20 minutes away in the Vintage and the Woodlands.

HOUSTON MUSEUMS AND THEATERS – Two movie theaters are 5 minutes away. We are a 30 minute drive from the museum/theater district when traffic cooperates.

FUN DAY TRIPS - All things Houston, NASA, Galveston, Roundtop, countless antiquing towns, Brenham Blue Bell, and The Woodlands is right next door!

    Our family was between houses as we sold a home and had to what two weeks to close on the new home. I was worried about finding a rental that could accommodate a family of 4 and a Labrador Retriever. We were so blessed to find this home for our home “layover”. The hosts Becky and Frank were wonderfully helpful, honest, and transparent. The home is in a safe and quiet neighborhood, and is comfortable and cozy. Our boys of 12 and 9 yrs were able to hook up their Xbox and Switch and game with their friends during the evenings. A food truck park is a 4-5 minute walk from the house, and the Tomball Main St. restaurants and Farmer’s Market is a one to two minute drive. Our Lab loved the huge fenced yard, as did we. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our time.

    For the same price as a local hotel, this Moore street property provides everything we needed: comfortable bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and family-friendly open living area. I would definitely stay there again.
