Spacious coastal home with private hot tub, ocean view, wood stove & EV charging

Great vacation spot, clean and cozy for winter storm watching. Felt very welcoming.

Excellent location, well stocked house! We had a great stay, being so close to the beach and having a full yard to play in. Kids enjoyed ping pong, puzzles, and the old school arcade games. We adults loved the cleanliness and larger master suite. Hot tub was perfect after a misty day visit at Ruby Beach. Highly recommend.

We loved the views, the deck, and easy access to the beach. My kids loved being able to warm up in the hot tub after playing in the ocean waves. The garage was perfect to store all our beach gear and the kids loved the ping pong table and arcade games. They also really enjoyed the bunk beds with books and games. Overall an unbeatable place to stay.

We had 7 people that stayed for 3 nights and we would definitely book this property again. The beach access is extremely convenient, used the bbq grill a few times and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our 10 and 7 year old enjoyed the games in the garage, making s’mores around the fire pit and the beach.

We booked this trip originally as a girls trip. Life happened and it ended up becoming a little getaway with my husband. The house is spacious and the owner thought of everything.

We had a great family reunion in a lovely home with a spectacular view! We played games, flew kites, walked and explored the area. Fun times!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this vacation rental—its location is fantastic, just steps from the beach. The large windows were a highlight, offering beautiful views of the weather rolling in off the ocean. That said, there were a few minor issues. The wall-mounted air conditioner/heater unit seemed to have a mind of its own, turning on every four hours regardless of the settings (this is noted on the signs on the wall). Unfortunately, during our warm stay, it would switch to heat in the middle of the night, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable upstairs. The kitchen was generally well-equipped, though it only had small frying pans. Not a major issue, but it made cooking meals for more than two people a bit challenging (scrambled eggs for four took some improvising). The TV setup was also a little tricky—there are multiple remotes, and while instructions are provided in the binder, you had to point the remote from a very specific angle near the cable box to get it to work. The batteries in the remote also died during our stay, and we couldn’t find any replacements in the house. All in all, this is a charming vacation home with some quirks, but the unbeatable location and great amenities (Wi-Fi is great, games, puzzles, plenty of towels, etc.) which made it a great spot for a beach getaway.

The house and location were lovely. Great sauna and hot tub. The garage, where the ping- pong, arcade and sauna were kept had some severe mold issues. The home could have been cleaner. Sheets and shower had hair. Dog hair was prevalent on surfaces and furniture. Cutting board was filthy and someone's melted butter and sticky matter were left in the fridge and freezer. If you plan to cook, bring your own skillet, scrubber and something to wipe down counters with. Great laundry facility. Easy walk to the beach.

The house is so comfortable and fun for a family get away. We enjoyed the expansive views from the great room and the deck; and the garage arcades, sauna, and ping pong were a great bonus! We played the board games and loved the hot tub too. The best part though is what’s right out your door…Pacific Beach State Park! Incredible. And don’t miss the rest of the natural beauty the peninsula has to offer. We are in love!

Beautiful and peacefull!

We had a great Thanksgiving at this big and comfortable house. Good size bedrooms and comfortable beds. Kitchen was stocked and living area has a beautiful view of the beach/waves. Made our razor clamming adventure easy with the beach just steps away. Great location making our Pacific Beach stay fun and easy.

Great house just steps from the beach. Perfect place for a nice getaway. The house was fully stocked with nice extras to make our stay comfortable and homey. We’ll definitely come back to stay

Loved the house. Everything was as pictured. Great location and views. Left behind an item and immediately reached out to Vacasa. They said they would check and get back to me. I had to continue to reach out for a month and got the same answer “we are checking and will let you know”. Finally after 4 weeks they told me they did not have the item which was a lie because I could see its location on the App. Terrible service. Will not book again through this site.

The place was above expectation. The amenities were great all the way. The place has way more amenities than listed. The home is right across from the state park, for easy access to the beach The deck is large and nice to sit out on. The hot tub, arcade games, kites and other sand toys were a bonus. Great place to stay.

This is the best vacation rental that we have experienced. Everything we needed, and many extras that provided a warm and welcoming stay. Love the layout, large great room with ocean views. The view from the deck is the best in the area, and it is just a few feet to start your walk on the beach.

This was such a cozy and clean beach house with all the amenities you could need! It is located next to a campground/state park, which I didn’t expect, but it is right on the beach, had every kitchen utensil you could need, video games and ping pong in the garage (and a sauna!), a hot tub, grill and fire pit. We found plenty of restaurants in Seabrook and Ocean Shores and found this little area in Pacific Beach to be much quieter and less touristy than anywhere else. We would recommend to anyone looking in this area!
