This is absolutely a gorgeous place to stay in, a few great features: (1) very convenient distance from Zion NP, about 30 minutes away drive, you get to enjoy the close proximity to the scenic views but also some privacy. Which is rare in local resorts and communities. (2) neighbors are friendly and quiet at night, it has a freshly renovated backyard with many amenities provided (basketball, pool, pickle ball), for families to have some fun and enjoy the sunshine. (3) the check-in is clear and worry-free. The owner is always ready to help to make your stay exceptional.

This house is amazing. Gourmet kitchen, comfy couch and beds. Very nice outdoor space with basketball, pickle ball, pool and hot tub. Also two outdoor tables and a grill. It was a great place for our group of six adults. We spent the days at Zion and liked coming back home to the hot tub.

Large house, we stayed with colleagues and could easily use it as a joint working space as well. Outside area is great with comfortable chairs. Love the fireplace.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, modern, and had everything we needed for our big family trip. The layout was perfect, especially the backyard with the pool and jacuzzi, everything was well set up and easy to use.Spencer was a great host and responded promptly to all of my questions. Check-out was fairly simple and straightforward, which we really appreciated.Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely love to stay here again in the future!

This was an excellent place to stay with our family! Although we decided it was too cold to use the pool, we enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor space. Indoors, there was plenty of room for our family to gather for meals and games, then retreat to our private spaces for sleeping and bathrooms. Very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of stores and restaurants within a short drive.

Our very first trip to the Zion and Southern Utah area was nothing short of spectacular, and it was entirely anchored by our stay at this incredible La Verkin house. We will absolutely be returning and renting this house again—it was truly the perfect home base!The house itself exceeded all expectations. It was incredibly spacious for our group, spotlessly clean, and came equipped with tons of amenities that made us feel instantly at home. Waking up to the view of livestock out the window added a unique, charming element to our mornings. As an added bonus for the fitness-minded, the proximity allowed us to easily drop into the nearby CrossFit gym a few times—something we greatly appreciated!The location is perfect for adventure travelers. Not only is it situated wonderfully near Zion National Park, which is truly breathtaking, but it also allows for easy driving access to other bucket-list attractions like Antelope Canyon and Bryce Canyon.Finally, we cannot say enough good things about our host, Spencer. He was amazing and demonstrated genuinely great communication throughout the entire process. We experienced travel delays due to a government shutdown, and Spencer went above and beyond by checking in on us to make sure we were okay. We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, perfectly located, and well-managed home for their Southern Utah adventures. Thank you, Spencer, for an unforgettable stay!

This house was perfection! We loved the property with the pool, hot tub and pickle ball. The home itself was spacious and immaculate. Great layout and it was stocked with everything you’d need. Ideal location for us to explore Zion, Bryce Canyon and surrounding areas. This was such a memorable trip for us and the house was so lovely. Pleasant and communicative owners. Highly recommend!

The kitchen was set up with everything you could need. They had stocked with coffee, all spices , flour sugar and all appliances. The beds were so comfortable, The living rooms had big comfy sofas to watch TV. Outside was wonderful with nice warm pool and pickle ball court We will stay there in our next visit to Zion !!

This property is amazing! I almost wish I could give a bad review so it would be easy to use it again. Better than the picture. Great location for exploring Zion. Quiet neighborhood with lots of space to play. Pool was perfect.

Beautiful home and back yard

The place was absolutely stunning the pool and Hot tub was exactly what we needed after long canyoneering days. The kitchen is HUGE enough room for several people to cook together and NOT run into each other! The beds were comfortable and the couch is extremely comfortable! We highly recommend this place and would love to book it again!

Our family’s vacation at Zion National Park was made extra special by our stay in this spacious, beautiful home in LaVerkin. Spencer is a great host who responds quickly to questions. Our family of 12 consisted of ages 14 to 73 and we had plenty of room and fun. Best equipped kitchen ever. I would very much recommend this rental.

It was the perfect place to stay. The kids and even the adults loved the pool. The house has so much space that we never felt like we were on top of each other. There has been some additions to the place from when I originally booked it and those additions were a huge plus (love the pergola). Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We absolutely loved our stay in this home. The accommodations were perfect for our crew of 9. Plenty of space and rooms for all. The owners thought of every detail. The location is exactly 30 minutes from St. George and 30 minutes to Zion. The property is amazing and the backyard is a perfect oasis of summer fun. After morning hikes, there is nothing better than a relaxing afternoon by the pool and then later in the hot tub. Mix in some pickleball and you have a full day!! Our family of 11 had a great 7-day stay in La Verkin. We felt the house was even better than advertised. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, spices, etc., and the outdoor area was amazing. At only 30 minutes to Zion, we took multiple trips to the park and were able to stay out of the midday heat. There's also a nice coffee shop/restaurant/bar just a short walk away. I highly recommend this location!

The property was just what we wanted, lots of space and great outdoor areas. It was the perfect spot for hiking in nearby National Parks.

Our family of five recently had an amazing 6-night stay at Spencer’s home in La Verkin. The home was beautifully decorated, incredibly comfortable, and the perfect base for seeing Zion, Bryce, and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. While our days were spent mostly seeing the wonderful sights of Southern Utah, it was so nice to come back to the house and lay by the pool, and then enjoy a nice dinner in the spacious outdoor living area. Then to cap things off, watch a little tv on the biggest couch I’ve ever seen! We highly recommend this tremendous spot and appreciate Spencer’s hospitality.

Location was perfect, close to Zion and quite enough to relax. House was perfect, we enjoy the family rooms and the pool. Perfect Family Retreat.

We had a great time staying at this La Verkin home. The town is nice with a couple nice restaurants. The home was very well stocked with all the little things you need.

My wife and I along with 8 other friends rented the house for a place to sleep and unwind after riding bikes all day. The house worked out perfect and was amazing. House was very clean and we had zero issues. Highly recommend

We booked this beautiful home in hopes that it would be the perfect place to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. It turned out beyond amazing. For those who stayed at the property, we took full advantage of the amenities, the pool, pickleball court, huge kitchen, and comfy couch to watch movies. When we hosted friends and family, there was plenty of space to have dinner (both inside and out), play games, and visit. The home was clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. It is in a very quaint neighborhood and very close to Zion's park, biking and hiking trails, and great restaurants. The owner of the property was amazing at communication, they checked in upon arrival to ensure that we didn't have any questions or concerns. They also checked on us again as we were leaving. If you are looking for a spacious, clean, and fun home to stay in, I highly recommend this gem!

We were in the St. George area for an annual soccer tournament and this is our 2nd time staying in the here. It was just as much fun as last year. The Pool and Hot Tub is always a blast for the family. The beds and so comfortable and having 2 laundry rooms makes keeping things clean very easy.If you need a fun place for a large group, this is a highly recommended place!

Very comfortable with lots of space for everyone to spread out. Owner very responsive to needs. Pickleball court was nice. The hot tub was great, but required 2 hours to heat up prior to use in December. Owner did not permit it to be left on continuously. So this meant it could not be used first thing in the morning and you will need to notify the owner if you want it fully heated upon return after a day of hiking. Pool was very nice when heated to an appropriate temperature. It was too cold when we arrived, but owner increased the temperature upon request. 25 min drive to Zion south and west entrances. Lots of other hiking nearby too. We would rent again.

The home, host, and overall experience exceeded all expectations! My family of eight plus two visitors stayed over Thanksgiving week. The home served as a central hub for trips to Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Coral Sand Dunes. The home was clean, spacious, and very well equipped to accommodate all our needs, including preparing several elaborate meals for the entire family, and keeping everyone entertained after long days of outdoor activities. We booked the property based on its proximity to Zion National Park and the space it has for our family. The pool and pickleball court were bonuses. The house was clean and well maintained, with adequate cooking gear, a nice large refrigerator and freezer, comfortable beds and furnishings. The host was awesome, very responsive and accommodating. The home was beautiful in and out, with tons of space for my family of four. The home guest book suggested some good locations to check out around the area, that my family and I really enjoyed to see. I am giving Spencer’s home a 5 star review as my family and I had no complaints at all. Any questions we had was responded back right away with his personal phone number for quicker response. Used this house for family funeral so we could be together to mourn. It was great for that, and good to throw in some fun after the stress of the funeral. The fridge, table, seating, number of beds, along with entertainment for kids, and teenagers was priceless! The kitchen had everything we needed to feed everyone, and the hot tub was relaxing way to end the day. I would stay here again without hesitation.

This home in La Verkin is just as described and pictured. It’s clean, lovely, and a great location to Zion (less than 30 minutes on a scenic drive to the entrance). La Verkin is a central location to everything and we really enjoyed our week there. We had zero issues and the few questions we did have were answered very quickly by the owner—within minutes. Checkin and checkout were easy. The pool and backyard provided tons of fun during our down time. We loved going to the local roasting company less than a few minutes away from breakfast and lunch/dinner. Overall we’d 100% recommend this location. My kids loved the “movie room” upstairs for relaxing and playing shuffleboard too. 10/10. Thank you, Spencer, for sharing your lovely home with us.
