Stayed Mar 29, 2025It was an unpleasant surprise to find out that the upstairs a/c (where 3 of the 4 bedrooms are located) does not allow the temperature to be turned down below 72 degrees with a paper warning that doing so will cause the a/c unit to malfunction and the tenants will be responsible to repair it. I prefer to sleep with a lower temperature at night. I felt this restriction was not what you would find at any rental. This restriction certainly isn't disclosed as they know it would likely deter people from renting the place. St George is hot. Tenants have a right to cool their sleeping space below 72 degrees. They also require you to do a lot of cleaning even though they charge a pretty high cleaning charge.

Stayed Dec 26, 2024The property was beautiful, clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to get local TV stations. We enjoyed the pools and hot tub.
