Spacious Citrus Hills Home w/ Pool & Game Room!

Thank you for hosting my family at this lovely villa. The kids loved the heated pool and the rooms were spacious and unique. The host went above and beyond to ensure that we had the perfect stay. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Florida home! Very well stocked kitchen, with appliances and spice selection. The host was very easy to communicate with, and always replied to our requests right away.

This is a spacious home in a lovely neighborhood. The pool and game room were outstanding amenities and used every day. The host is excellent with communications and very responsive.The kitchen is more than well equipped; lacks for nothing. I highly recommend this rental and we would stay here again.

Super clean, incredible place!Our host was fantastic!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious well equipped home. It was well located for visiting relatives in the area and very accessible for people with mobility issues. The beds were comfy, water pressure good, linens good quality and plentiful and the area was very quiet. We enjoyed the private pool and pool toys. It’s a well cared for home with many personal touches. We were impressed with Evolve’s management of the property.. and excellent communication before, during and after our visit. We had a very close lightening strike that affected our WiFi and TV. Our property manager, Thelma, responded after hours and worked hard to get the problem resolved in a way that inconvenienced us the least. Since we have relatives in the area I’m sure we’ll be booking this property again.

Perfect weekend

Our stay was great and the house and yard are absolutely perfect. The neighborhood is so nice and very quiet except for the sound of birds. There was nothing we could possibly complain about with this home! Home is very spacious and clean. We would absolutely stay here again if we come back to visit again.

Came down for a family reunion. House is spacious and clean. Near Publix and restaurants. Our property manager was welcoming and available if we needed her. Would stay here again !

We could not have asked for a better property. Everything was wonderful and exceeded expectations. The house was so well stocked with essential items (coffee, creamers, garbage bags, spices, laundry detergent, towels, dish soap, etc.) Also, the communication with was wonderful, they were very responsive when asking questions and so accommodating. We would absolutely stay again, and hope to return when we come back to the area. Thank you for a excellent stay!

The house was very clean and organized. Beds were very comfortable. Loved that there was a game room and kitchen had lots of options for cooking full meals. The host even decorated for Christmas for our stay which was a nice surprise. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was terrific. The home was spotless and very well appointed with everything we could possibly need. From kitchenware and appliances to sundries, this was truly a well-established rental. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and felt very safe. There were an abundance of activities like pool, ping pong and let’s not forget swimming. The pool and surrounds were clean and well maintained. Pool heat was a welcome amenity- we swam every day.We will rent here again as we have family in the area. Kudos to the owners for paying such fine attention to detail!! This home is on our list of best rentals!! Remember folks if you rent it, leave it better than you found it!! It helps our owners make a better experience the next time around!!
