Stayed Jul 17, 2025Chose this property because it was a fairly new listing and the reviews stated it was clean. Well I was mislead. The property may have been newly acquired but all the doors were dirty and dingy from years of hand prints and every corner by and crevice had dirt and debris from non cleaning. The house was disgusting. I took some photos to show how disgusting it was. With Covid and many other diseases out there basic cleaning should be mandatory. The fridge, dishes, FLOORS, microwave, stove, countertops, tables, etc. Everything was greasy and dirty!! The home is not child friendly. Every table has a pointed edge and my 11/2 year old hit her head several times. There was no way she could even play the entire time with the floors so soiled with dirt, food, grease and whatever else was tracked in the house. I’ve tried to work with the owner for a partial refund of at least 250 but she stops communicating when I bring it up.

Stayed Mar 16, 2025We had a great stay at Nicole’s place in San Antonio. The house was clean, easy to access, and felt really safe - and perfect for our group. Nicole was a fantastic host: super easy to communicate with, very lovely, and kept us informed about anything happening around the property (like outdoor maintenance and cleaning). I would absolutely recommend both the property and Nicole as a host to anyone visiting the area!
