Stayed Jun 29, 2025Wonderful rental home for our family vacation for 9 people. The kitchen was beautiful and fully stocked with everything you would need or want. Everything provided is higher end and not cheap like many rentals. They had a great tea and coffee bar and a Traeger grill. The sauna was an awesome addition. The game room was fantastic and again very thoughtfully planned. The hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend

Stayed Jun 12, 2025We loved staying at this property! They had thought of everything. The house is very well kept up. The kids were entertained, the adults could relax. The pool was amazing, we spent most of our time in it.We will be returning to San Diego in 3 years and hope this property is available for us to rent then.

Stayed Feb 13, 2025Delightful stay. Spacious, up-to-date home in a lovely suburban neighborhood. Worked perfectly for us. Five comfortable bedrooms, which included a convenient main floor bedroom and bath for an older relative. Kitchen was truly well-stocked: Lots of dishes, mugs, wine glasses and tea and coffee supplies. The right amount of pots and pans. We stayed for over a week and cooked delicious family meals almost every night because it was fun being together. Both the inside and outside were carefully curated with amenities including a pool, a trampoline, multiple tvs, and even a sauna. Kids absolutely loved the games in the garage like ping-pong, foosball and a basketball pop-a-shot game, as well as a chess table in the living room, so we opted for several “at-home” days just relaxing as a family. Easy drive, a little less than half an hour, to get to the Zoo, Safari Park, and San Diego Mission.

Stayed Dec 28, 2024This home exceeded our expectations. It was beyond generously appointed- plenty of towels, linens, a wonderfully appointed kitchen for entertaining, teas and coffees, cozy blankets and games for the whole family. It is stylishly decorated and comfortable for a big group. It’s also centrally located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the freeway to the coast or inland. Our kids loved playing in the pool and adults enjoyed the sauna. Everything was immaculate and very clean. We would definitely book Yan’s home again. 10/10

Nestled in a safe, peaceful neighborhood with easy access to a walking/running path, the homeowner, Yan, made our stay even more enjoyable by checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly and being highly responsive throughout our visit.There were so many thoughtful touches that made our experience even more enjoyable, including:* Luxuriously soft towels and high-quality bedding* Convenient hooks in the master shower* A nightlight in the master bedroom* Ample seating in the master bedroom* A fun foosball table in the garage (we LOVED this!)—plus a ping pong table and various games* High-quality dishes, mugs, and silverware in the kitchen* Ziplock bags, teas, and coffee provided* Handy kitchen gadgets (we didn’t use all of them, but they were a nice touch!)* Tables and chairs on the patio, overlooking the pool and beautiful backyardThe house itself had plenty of wow factors that added to the charm, including:* The spacious master bathroom and incredible walk-in closet* Stunning windows in the master bath, offering a fabulous view* A private balcony off the master bedroom* A generously sized master bedroom* A luxurious shower with glass walls* A cozy window seat/workspace/alcove in the kitchen with a lovely view of the backyard* An abundance of natural light throughout the entire house

Stayed Jun 19, 2024We came into San Diego to celebrate the life of a dear friend gone too soon. We made the best of it by gathering our family (kids, grandkids, etc.) in this beautiful home. The highlight for the g’kids was the pool, board games and toys provided. For the adults it was the combination of indoor and outdoor gathering spaces to host local family and friends in town for the same celebration. As far as the accommodations go the house was perfectly clean, beds and linens very comfortable, kitchen well stocked with the basics and the host was the most responsive we’ve ever had to our few needs & questions. This home is a place we will gladly come back to.
