Spacious Bella Beach Cottage, Stellar Ocean Views, Upper Deck, BBQ, Hot Tub!

Our beach view from the top floor was fantastic! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with equipment for anything you needed.

Wonderful location! It’s a 3 level house, so there are lots of stairs. Neighborhood is great and 3 min walk to the beach access. Place was clean and really nice. Beautiful view from the top floor, hot tub was amazing. I agree with previous reviews about the bushes being so high you can’t see the ocean from the hot tub at all. In a few years I think it would impact the view from the top level as well. Not a negative but that would be a change I could suggest. Everything was wonderful otherwise!We did a paint night at the local coffee shop and walked there for lunch a few times. Food was great!

The place was great for our family. The only problem was an oven that was out of commission. We had to improvise our meal plans and it was a major inconvenience with a large group.I have asked to be compensated for that and I’m waiting to hear back

Good location, great view. Very nice open family room/kitchen area. It could definitely use more attention to detail though. There were several annoying things that need fixing. Like a broken socket cover that left the electrical components exposed so we had to move furniture to cover it up so my toddler wouldn’t stick her hand in it. Broken foot paddle on the garbage can which made it an endeavor when you wanted to throw something away. No towels in family room bathroom, wonky keypad entry, large carpet stain in basement that looks like it could have been the scene of a muffler, etc. Probably wouldn’t have mentioned all that if the clothes dryer worked, which it did not. I reached out twice to the manager through the vrbo app about this and heard nothing back either time nor since.

Kitchen was very well stocked. The beach was not visible from the hot tub as shown in the listing, due to overgrown hedges, which was a disappointment, because that was one of the reasons I chose this property over others. However, overall this property was ample for our group of ten. Amazing space for our stay

Enjoyed this beautiful home with spectacular ocean view! Tastefully decorated with neat paintings throughout. Definitely will stay again!

The location is awesome and the house is super fun. Equipped with lots of stuff and plenty of space to accommodate everyone. The basement room is a little off putting and removed from everyone. Feels a little bit like a cold dungeon. But other than that the house in general was nice and big. The only negative is that the house wasn’t the cleanest. The baseboards were covered with thick dust and hair . It’s a pet friendly home, but we are all clean people, even with a pet and so it was less than ideal with cleanliness.

Beautiful views right from your living room.Kitchen had lots of pots pans. Well stocked.Beach access was very close by stairs . Would stay here again. Listing said bbq available unfortunately at the time of check in there was a message there was a fire ban. Which I thought was odd . As it rained all 3 days but it could have just been information not updated over the summer. Mangager clarified .overall great house.

The spot was great for our family, close to the beach, and in a nice location.

The hot tub had various problems throughout our 4 night stay (water leak, GCFI breaker kept turning off, HOT FAULT error leading to dangerous 110+ degrees F water). Eventually, the hot tub repair guys said the hot tub needs to be replaced. The ground floor bedroom's cadet heater was disabled, so it was much colder than the rest of the house. It took two nights before the heater was fixed. I had to call and text Meredith Lodging (the rental company) multiple times, every day to let them know of the problems. I even visited their local Bella Beach office. Be sure to knock on the door because their door bell doesn't work. My advice is to check everything out. If there are any problems, contact Meredith Lodgings right away. Then, keep following up. I even asked them for a partial refund because of these problems and frustrations from me and my guests. Otherwise, the top floor common room and its view of the ocean are nice.
