Stayed Dec 21, 2023We came with our family ages 14-89 and everyone loved the house! Lots of games, kayaks, and fun for everyone! We loved sitting outside around the pool. The house had everything we could possibly want and more! Beds were comfy, loved eating outside and enjoying the canal. If I could leave 10 stars I would! We will definitely be back!

Stayed Dec 29, 2022The house was great, clean, and well stocked. We enjoyed the pool, games and bikes. The house accomodates a larger group very well with large seating areas and common areas. The house is also well located in a central area not far from shopping, restaurants and the beach.

Stayed Jul 24, 2022In town for a travel baseball tournament, shared house with another family for week. This was the most well appointed rental house we have ever stayed in. Kitchen has more than enough dishes, cookware, glassware. Bathrooms were clean and plenty of towels. Game room had plenty to keep teenagers happy. All furnishings were updated and comfortable. If you need it, this house has it! Spacious rooms and outdoor/pool area. Owner was responsive and worked with us to meet our check in/check out needs. We would book this house again in a heartbeat if we need accommodations in the area. Worth every penny.

Stayed Jun 24, 2021This house was very nicely decorated and had everything you needed. The house has a ton of supplies for the beach, pool and games for all. There are bikes you can ride, kayaks and more. I would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay in Cape Coral.

Stayed Jun 11, 2021We absolutely loved this house. It was clean and very spacious. The house was fully stocked with plenty of dishes, cook ware, utensils, and towels. They games and toys for our kids as well. The outside area was gorgeous. We loved the kayaks and outside area so much that my significant other decided to propose while on them! Definitely a wonderful vacation we will never forget.
