Spacious beachhouse steps to the beach. Quiet & private.

Host was very responsive. Quiet nice area. Beachouse was nice and in good condition. Perfect home base for the soccer tournament we were attending.

We came for a long weekend and had to leave early due to tropical storm. However, the owners answered all our concerns. The house was clean and easy to get to. It is across the street from the beach and my son had fun surf fishing.

I brought my wife, 2 year old daughter, and my parents for a wonderful weekend trip to the ocean. Check in was a breeze and Carolyn was a wonderful host. The nearby beach was a quiet, secluded retreat from more crowded/commercialized areas. The local park/playground was wonderful for our daughter to play on. We would definitely stay again.

It was a great home with a modern kitchen and bathroom which included a beautiful shower. There was lots of room. Two living rooms plus a screened in porch out back. Very relaxing! We appreciated the closeness to the beach!Carolyn was prompt in responding and very nice. We would stay here again!

The home itself is lovely, great layout for a family with two living room areas, a large deck, and enclosed porch. The tenants who stayed there before us had not done a great job cleaning up, but the overall state of the property was tidy and clean. Tennis/pickle ball courts right next door. Very quiet area and very little traffic.The beach is literally a quick walk across the street and to the left. On our first night we walked over and enjoyed a beautiful starry sky and bright moon. Unfortunately, the next morning, the sandy party of the beach was riddled with dead sea life and active with people fishing. We chose to drive 30 minutes to Cape Henalopen for our beach day. Our host was very attentive and answered questions quickly.

Great, large home, very well stocked kitchen and minutes walk away from the beach and playground. Spacious and comfortable.

We had an amazing 3 night stay. The house is spacious with lots of conveniences like the screened in porch! The location is extremely quiet so you can start mornings with a stroll in the beach and then make your way to Rehoboth/Lewes for the day. We loved it!

Check in was very easy, house was great in a very quiet location which was nice. Host was great and responsive. I only got one picture and that was of our dog outside on the deck that he loved!Overall would stay again if in the area.

This was a great place to relax. It was very clean, quiet and spacious. There was also a screened in porch that was great to have your morning coffee on and also to unwind at night. Carolyn was great, easy to communicate with and very kind. You will love it here. Great for families or just you and your spouse for a quiet getaway. I loved it and hope to stay here again in the near future.

We were looking for a place that wasn’t too far from the big beaches, but was a bit mellower - and this did not disappoint! My three kids and husband and myself loved the proximity to slaughter beach. We did walks in the morning and at night exploring the shells and horseshoe crabs. The house was super clean. My favorite room was the screened in porch where I would have a lovely cup of tea in the morning and watch the sunset with a glass of wine at night!

Very quiet and relaxing four days at the house. Easy walk to a really nice beach. Plenty of room and good AC!!

Great location! Short walk to beach, next to community tennis court and playground. Nice beach decor, spacious, open floor plan, very relaxing property. Good communication with the owner. Would definitely rent again.

Our stay couldn't have been better. The owner of the property was friendly and easy to communicate with, the house was clean and well stocked, and Slaughter Beach was a (very!) quick walk away. The house had three bedrooms, plenty of room to lounge around, and lovely wooden bird sculptures hanging from the ceiling and scattered around the living space. We stayed during a heat wave and had no problems with the air conditioning.
