Jessica was very helpful and provided clear communication on checkin and helped with ideas for our stay. Back yard is great for families with kids. 1 issue we had was nicely dealt with.We enjoyed our family time together (12 of us).

We stayed a week.. we are a multigenerational family and this home met our needs.. the children enjoyed the game room as well as the huge backyard.. in fact, neighbors came and joined in games of whiffle ball with our grand children…Maine was a new experience for us and very much enjoyed what the area had to offer

The house had plenty of space for our group of 11 and was in a great location, just a short walk to the beach with beautiful views. The setup worked well overall, but we did run into a few issues. The AC was a bit tricky at first: the front bedroom room didn’t have a window unit, so we had to contact the property manager to get one installed. The basement started off musty since the dehumidifier was full, and while there were no instructions, we figured out it needed to be emptied twice a day.The basement bedroom doesn’t have a window or AC, so it got warm unless we kept the main floor AC low and the basement door open. The backyard was spacious, but areas like the golf, tetherball, and horseshoe setup were not well maintained. On the plus side, the basement game area was a big hit, with ping pong, air hockey, foosball, and an arcade machine.One downside was the number of small insects that got in through gaps around the window AC units, especially at night. Despite these hiccups, we had a great time and would recommend the house for its space, location, and fun amenities.

House was very comfortable for my group of 11. Clean. Super Organized. Stocked paper products. We wanted for nothing. I wish carpets had been cleaner. May stains. Biggest disappointment was the mosquito infestation in the back. Each attempt to go outside resulted in being covered with hundreds of mosquitos. We tried candles, coils, large repellent sticks. None of it made a difference. We had to have the kids play in the front driveway. There is clearly standing water issues , yard debris, clogged up drains. We had so many activities planned that we couldn’t do.

We had a great trip! House was clean and in beautiful condition. Couldn't recommend more.

This was a framily trip. There were 12 of us. The only time we felt like we were on top of each other, was when we all congregated in the kitchen. The rooms were plenty big enough. The game room was awesome! All of us enjoyed that the most. Once it finally stopped raining, the kids had a great time with the outdoor activities. We all would highly recommend staying here. If we ever decide to head back to that area, we will definitely book here again. Side note, there is only a coffee pot that uses ground coffee. We all brought pods. Thankfully there is a Hannaford right up the road.

Checkin was easy, the house was clean and very well stocked... It was wonderful having a fireplace! I recommend!

Had a wonderful time at the property. It was great to have the whole family under one roof. Got to take our grandson to all of the places we took his mom and auntie when they were small.

A group of friends who spend every Columbus Day together. The home was just what we needed. The game room was used every day for healthy competition. Thank you for sharing your home.

There were 9-11 of us at any given time. Ages 26-89. We were all comfortable and had a wonderful stay! Weather was not great but we had lots to do within the house! Game room was a big hit! Bright and cheery place and correspondence with the host was fantastic and very accommodating! Would recommend to all ages!

Celebrated a dear friend's 41st birthday with some of her favorite friends. The house was beyond perfect and spacious for all of us and out needs. Communication with the host was prompt and easy. The house was clean and exactly like the listing. Walking to the ocean was a treat, and getting to Ogunquit was quick and easy.

Lots of great things about this property. Accommodations for all ages of guests (infant to Adult). Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal while you stay there. Basement offers lots of options for the kids to pass the time if the day is a rainy day. Recommend for families looking to be close to beaches to walk to, but also close to the areas where there are larger beaches (Wells & others). Ample parking for cars.

We had a great time in Maine. The house was perfect for what we needed and had lots of things to do in the house and yard that the kids enjoyed. I would definitely stay there again! Loved it?

Great large home with a great play room! Everything was great and we all enjoyed the spacious home. We know it was early in the season, but we hoped that we could use the backyard, but the lawn hadn't been cut... turned out to be nice enough to do things outside , but could not use the lawn... other than that fantastic stay!
