Unwind in beautiful Oceanside at this spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath
condo that sits right on the coast. This is the lower unit of a triplex, offering incredible views, a private deck with a spa, bbq, fire pit, and plenty of room for up to eight guests. With its open layout and wall-to-wall accordion doors, the living area flows seamlessly onto the deck, where you can enjoy morning coffee, grill dinner, or unwind in the hot tub while watching the waves crash below.

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and everything needed for easy home-cooked meals. There are two king bedrooms, both with en-suite baths, and the guest room features a full bed. Thoughtfully designed for both families and small groups, the home includes a sizable living area with a queen sofa sleeper and all the comforts for a relaxed stay.

Wall unit air conditioners are located in the living room and both king bedrooms. A parking space is provided on a vehicle lift inside the shared garage, you will need to contact the office upon arrival for a tutorial. This unit also includes a washer and dryer for your convenience, making it easy to settle in for longer stays or freshen up after a
day at the beach.

Whether you’re gathering for sunsets on the deck, sharing stories around the fire pit, or simply soaking in the ocean breeze from the spa, this home offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable getaway by the sea.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

    Overall, our stay was ok. The condo and location were great (that kind of goes without saying).I'll start from when we first arrived after having this booking for a couple of weeks ahead of time. We unload our vehicle and are anticipating to have a parking spot in the garage (on a lift) as stated on the listing and all of the check in materials. We were left with no information on how to operate the lift, nor given the code to be able to operate it. After calling the office for help, they stated they were sending someone out to give a tutorial and provide the code. 2 hours of standing in the driveway waiting for said person to show up, I receive a text stating that someone showed up and because no one was home they had to come back at a later time and to feel free to find a spot on the street to park. - This was a Saturday night and the streets were packed. Once we were settled in we found two separate seating areas that had (what looked to be) buggers smeared on the wall - we then avoided these areas. On day two the people above us left so the cleaning crew went in to clean the above unit. This led to the washing of the front glass. Dirty, soap water was spilling over to our patio below as we were in the hot tub and seated on the patio. I've tried countless times to communicate with management and see if there was a way for them to help rectify our experiences, also to have a conversation even before me posting a negative review but still have heard nothing back.

    Visited here for a family vacation and had a great time! Maybe a 3 min drive to the beach and a 5 min walk. Very close to the pier! Had an issue getting into the room but the property manager responded within seconds. Overall great time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only issue was parking situation, very confusing because of car lift in garage. There should be instructions posted in a place other than your app. The app didn't provide details just said car lift.Also beach was not accessible by foot, we had to drive due to construction in front of condos.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The good.. - The view was beautiful and we saw dolphins jumping around in the ocean- Wonderful location and in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, bars, etc. - Very spacious unit with all utensils, spices, towels, etc. needed for your stayThe not so good... Interior: The unit is very beat up. It needs fresh paint, there is a hole taped up on the kitchen ceiling, the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, the AC units were taped into the windows with duck tape and lastly there was something that look like blood on the bottom of the trash can. It just felt neglected and in dire need of updates. Exterior: The hot tub feels misleading it was soft with no where to really sit making it an uncomfortable arrangement. The parking was also extremely challenging as the garage door did not open from the outside (maintenance said it was a known issue) which was very problematic since you needed to open/close constantly to park in the underground parking spot. Also, thankfully we had a small car, but it seems irresponsible to not warn ppl they would be parking in an underground spot as the alternative would mean we would to have parked outside of walking distance from the unit.
