I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the bedrooms on both sides of the house; the screened porch; and the short walk to the beach. We got ice cream and also picked up dinner at the nearby Skipper Restaurant. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed. Nice and clean.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved this house! We had 8 people (including a baby) and there was more than enough room for everybody. The huge screened in porch is everything! And there is a lovely outdoor space with an outdoor shower and a fire feature too The house we also very well stocked. The kitchen had absolutely everything f you could need, and there were plenty of paper goods and toiletries in the kitchen and all the bathrooms. The location was fabulous! Three minute walk to a lovely beach right across the street from Skipper Chowder house. Adam Marka from Berkshire Hathaway was a pleasure to work with too.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024Love this location and the house is one of the best that we've stayed on at the cape. Everything went smoothly with booking, communication, and checking in. House has tons of space and options. If/when we come back to the cape it's highly likely we will look to stay here again!
