Stayed Sep 29, 2025Pet Friendly Serene RetreatBeautifully appointed cottage which backs up to the marsh. Immaculate, well maintained, tastefully decorated. Great gathering spots both inside and out. Loved the firepit outdoors and gas fireplace inside on those cool nights. Beach is a 15 -18 min walk and cottage has beach chairs and a beach wagon to transort same. This does not feel like a rental, it feels like home.

Stayed Jul 11, 2025The property was clean beautifully decorated and completely equipped. Communication with owner was easy and timely. Loved the oak floors. Beds felt like they were new and are really comfy. We had our small dog with us. She was greeted with dog bowls but she mostly enjoyed the stick library next door. We’ve been vacationing in south yarmouth for years and have never had such a gorgeous backyard as this one. It’s on a marsh; the manicured backyard merges into the natural plants on the marsh. The neighborhood is quiet. It was a wonderful visit.

Stayed May 10, 2024This cottage was the perfect place for our sister's weekend! Short 10 min walk to the beach, easy access to great restaurants, shops, etc The outdoor fire pit was also a bonus during our stay. Communication with Bonnie was easy and helpful.
