Stayed Nov 7, 2024We stayed at 91 Grayton for my daughter’s wedding. The home was very clean and had plenty of room. Having 4 bathrooms is always a plus. Everything we needed was ready for us. My sister also had a home on the same street and it was just as awesome. The pool is beautiful. We were contacted by text and email multiple times to make sure we were doing well. You can walk a very short distance to a shuttle to get you to the beach in about 3 minutes . I highly recommend this home. 5 stars!!

Stayed Aug 22, 2024The property and location were great. The pool was close by and enjoyed by all. The inside of the home was dirty. The floors, under the bed was full of dust and trash. The kitchen was nicely stocked. Unfortunately the furniture was old/poor quality. Mattresses need to be replaced. I saw pieces of foam in the closet that they must be using to make the beds firm?. Two of the remotes needed new batteries. We purchased them.

Stayed Mar 22, 2024My family of five and friends had an amazing stay for our spring break! This house was conveniently located to the free tram, shopping and restaurants. The tram rooms us straight to the beach where there were several amazing restaurants, snow cones and games. The house was beautiful, very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Staff communication was top notch as well! This was a great vacation for my family!

Stayed Jun 19, 2023We enjoyed our stay. Nice house, had to rewash sheets when we got there, a few bunk bed sheets had crushed Doritos on them. We had an issue with internet and AC turned off. They called back pretty quick but by the time we realized our AC turned off and they called back it was back on. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Jun 2, 2023This is hands down the nicest place I've ever seen let alone stayed in. The house was immaculate and had every possible amenity. The bikes were a treat. The location was perfect, the neighborhood was quiet, and close to several awesome places to eat as well as the beach. We had a wonderful time!

Stayed Apr 10, 2023This place is beautiful inside and out. It was perfect for our group of 7 from AZ, AK and NC. It’s close to the beach, state park and awesome restaurants. The bikes included were fun and came in handy everyday of our stay. If you have kids note that helmets are not provided and FL requires kids under 16 to wear them. Upon arrival we noticed that one shower had sand in it and later realized that the drain was clogged. It was repaired the next day but it was still disappointing since there is a substantial cleaning fee. Kitchen essentials like sugar, salt, pepper, coffee filters etc are not provided. It’s in the listing, we missed it. It’s inconvenient for travelers coming from far off places. All in all we had a great vacation in beautiful Grayton Beach.
