Stayed Dec 19, 2025Amazing house in the St Congress area. Very close to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen fully equipped, and a great patio. We'll certainly book it again in the future.

Stayed May 23, 2025This was a great property for a group of friends. With 4 guests total, we each had our own room. The house still would have been very comfortable for 8 guests. The downstairs would be great for entertaining.

Stayed May 1, 2025Great location with privacy and excellent indoor and outdoor space. Had a little difficulty gwtting into the unit, but a quick response from the management team solved the issue. Will definitely consider this rental for our future visits to the area. Excellent and well-equipped chef's kitchen. Stayed Mar 21, 2025The property is nice but needs some TLC. The toilet seat was broken in the downstairs bathroom, some outlets did not work and there was a huge crack in the ceiling in the downstairs bathroom. Finally, communication with the property manager was not good. I had emailed several times about early check-in and WiFi and I did not hear back.

Stayed Jan 31, 2025This house was PERFECT for a weekend away with friends. We shared the space with three other couples. Everyone raved about the beds - SUPER comfortable. The couch and living space were also 10/10. There wasn't anything we felt was missing or hadn't been thought about. Easy walk to SoCo area and cheap Ubers to all other areas. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed Jan 24, 2025We rented this house for a surprise family party for my husband’s 75th b’day. It was perfect! Room for the little kids to play out back, for us to cook and congregate in the kitchen-family room, and for each couple to have a bedroom. Very well-stocked kitchen.

Stayed Dec 12, 2024First time in Austin, considered renting a condo but our party grew to 4 adults requiring 4 bedrooms so I found this house, the pictures don't do it justice! Beautiful house, has everything you need or could want. Close to everything, we rented a car, but found it easier to walk or Uber wherever we wanted to go. Super, safe quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again!
