Primary Suite: Features a King bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, a large soaking tub, a toilet, and a bidet.

Second Bedroom: Offers a Queen bed and a dedicated desk, perfect for a quiet home office.

Third Bedroom: Versatile setup with two Twin beds that can be converted into one King bed.

Additional Bath: The second full bathroom features double sinks, a shower/tub combo, and a toilet.

Outdoor Living: The upper deck features an outdoor dining area with a gas barbecue grill, while the lower deck offers a fire pit. Heat lamps and cozy throw blankets are provided for crisp valley evenings. The third deck, adjacent to the family room, is an expansive vantage point perfect for sightseeing and immersing yourself in the breathtaking canyon views.

Meditation Space: A cozy sitting area near the entrance offers a sunny spot for morning meditation or an afternoon glass of wine while overlooking the succulent garden.

This residence is a curated adult environment designed for professional use and quiet retreats. Due to the presence of original fine art, designer furnishings with sharp profiles, and the natural topography of the surrounding canyon, the property is not suitable for children or infants. The interior has not been child-proofed, and we prioritize preserving the home's artistic integrity and safety.

Grounds & Landscaping: To preserve the delicate nature of the curated succulent and vegetable gardens, the landscape areas are restricted and not accessible for guest use. They serve as a beautiful, professionally maintained backdrop for your stay. You will have full, exclusive access to the residence interior and the three private decks.

Residency & Compliance: We only accept stays of 31 nights or longer. This property is not a transient or short-term rental.
