Spacious Apartment in Trendy Ballard Tudor

Alice was very easy to reach and quite accommodating. Her rental is a nice size and convenient to our needs.

The host was lovely and was available to welcome us to the Vrbo despite getting in late in the evening. The property itself had a great backyard patio and comfortable bed. The neighborhood was close to many great restaurants. Highly recommend.

A clean, quiet apartment with a dedicated entrance and designated off-street parking - all at a very reasonable rate. There's a washer and dryer available as well as a separate kitchen and bath. Blackout curtains in the bedroom were helpful for sleep. All in all, a great experience and we enjoyed our stay.

The VRBO was clean, a safe neighborhood, everything was supplied that I needed. And easy walking to Ballard.

Getting onto street due to street parking on both sides was concerning. The kitchen was fully stocked. The word “basement” should be added to advertisements.

Fourth year in a row we've visited family in Seattle for Thanksgiving. Property owner Alice was very welcoming and gave us a quick tour of the apartment and the amenities. Apartment is cozy, quiet, and nice. Plenty of places within 10 minutes of walking distance from this location. Only wish we had planned to stay longer. Would book here again.

The apartment, was spacious, comfortable and well equipped, especially in the kitchen with cooking utensils, plates, spices, coffee and more. There was off street parking for my car and it was in Ballard, a neat neighborhood.

Alice's apartment was just what I needed for a two-week stay in the area visiting family. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped.The location was a short walk away from shops and restaurants. Alice was readily available to answer any questions I had.

The property is in a perfect location. The owner greeted me when I checked in and gave me a quick tour and then ensured privacy for the rest of the visit. The amenities were above adequate and a location was quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay! Location is great with lots of walkability and easy access via car or public transit to downtown. Communication with Alice was easy and she was so welcoming. Having a driveway parking spot is a huge bonus. The unit is a great size and was perfect for my husband, my toddler and myself for the weekend. We hope to be back in the future.

The suite we had at Alice’s house was in a great neighborhood with plenty of great cafes and a farmers market nearby. The suite was clean and had a full kitchen to use. Alice was great, and easy to liaise with. Thanks for everything!

We came into town to visit my sister and her family. We booked this as a place to rest our heads. Alice was very communicative when it came to our plans and getting us set up. Great stay. Such a cute/unique place and with everything you need. Plenty of space especially compared to other options in the area. Host was available and it was easy to access along the D-line since we were using public transit.

Great place

The house was in a decent location to downtown Seattle and was very spacious if that’s what you’re looking for. As for the actual stay, it was just fine. Nothing special and not as clean as I am used to rentals I’ve stayed at being. There was no soap at either sink (bathroom or kitchen) to wash your hands. It also said that soap for the shower would be provided, but all that was there was leftover bar soap. I am fine using my own at home, but it seems unsanitary to use after a stranger. Luckily I brought my own. Communication with the host wasn’t great either, but if you are mainly just looking for a place to sleep, this is a fine option.

We had a great experience staying at the Ballard Tudor. The owner let us check in early which saved a headache. The location of the property was perfect, right in the middle of Ballard, walking distance to just about anywhere in Ballard. The apartment was exactly as advertised, it was a decent sized, cute, well appointed, clean one bedroom apartment with off street parking. We couldn't recommend the place more.

Alice is a wonderful host. We checked-in pretty late at night, and Alice was more than accommodating. Her basement apartment is very roomy and comfortable, and the off-street parking in the driveway is a nice bonus. There’s also free off-street parking if needed as well. The neighborhood is lovely, and there are restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The bus stop is only a few blocks away, which can get you anywhere you need to go in Seattle. We took the bus to Climate Pledge Arena to see the Kraken, and it was very convenient and affordable. We had a great stay - would definitely stay here again!

We came to the Ballard area for a long weekend to visit our daughter and this property was perfect for our needs. Great location in a quiet neighborhood, walkable to several restaurants and coffee shops, off street parking, personable host, very clean and neat property with everything we needed.

This was the perfect basement apartment for our 2nd trip to Ballard, and Alice is an amazing host! She greeted us upon arrival, even though it was late, and got us setup with our very comfortable stay. The spot is convenient to bus lines and walkable to a lot of great places. This is a large space in the basement of a nice house in a nice neighborhood bordering the trendy Ballard neighborhood. It was convenient to all the area has to offer. Well equipped kitchen. Good value!

This is a great location to Ballard and downtown Seattle. Alice was a gracious host and very responsive. The apartment is very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. One of the pluses is the off street parking! We will definitely stay here again on another visit.

Everything worked out great. Alice was communicative and the place was easy to access. Bed seems well loved with a tall peak in the middle but since it was just me it was fine. Didn't spend much time in the place but it worked well for my trip!
