Stayed Dec 31, 2024After weeks of planning, we were greatly disappointed to receive a cancellation notice just a few hours before check-in. The host claimed a family emergency required all bookings to be canceled.However, after investigating, we discovered that the real issue was a double booking, and the host chose to cancel our reservation to accommodate another guest. The host made no effort to apologize, provide alternative accommodations, or offer any assistance. As a result, we were left stranded without a place to stay on one of the busiest nights of the year.
