This enchanting property boasts 4 bedrooms - 2 king beds and 2 queen beds, along with 3 full bathrooms. Property has 2 separate living spaces. The walkout basement has a Master suite, living room with sofa bed and kitchenette/dining area. Inside amenities include free WIFI, 6 streaming TV’s, an air-hockey table, board games, Pac-man and Wii consoleswith games. Outdoor space offers a screened-in-porch, deck with gas grill and dining area, hot tub, fire-pit, basketball goal and paved walkway to boat dock. The private dock has 2 kayaks available for use and guests are also welcome to bring their own boat and/or Jetski’s. There’s also plenty of parking space for multiple trailers. Townville Boat landing is 5 minutes away. RV electrical connection and waste hook-up available (contact owner for more information). Great for large families or multiple families.
