Stayed Sep 1, 2024Arrived late; no visible house number; when finally located, couldn't get in; owner provided key code, but no where to put in a key code on the door; did not communicate well and was very delayed; cars and trucks were pulling up around us and numerous individuals watching us. Felt very uncomfortable as we had a passenger van with 8 adults and lots of luggage, etc; unable to get in and feeling unsafe, we left and ended up staying at a hotel. This is unusual for us. Up to that point and after we had great experienced with vrbo.
