SPACIOUS AND LUXURY VILLA WITH 4 BEDROOM, PICUZZI, and all what you deserve.

I'm not sure how to review this place because no one ever got there. I missed my flight, but a fried was supposed to stay there. I didn't originally get the check-in information, so I reached out to the host and was quickly given an address with a couple instructions. I forwarded this information to my friend. When he got to the address location, the security guard asked for a unit number, which we were never given. He wouldn't let them in and there was no cell service in the area for my friend to call or text to let me know there was an issue. They had to find a hotel in the middle of the night to stay at. So, I have no clue what the place I paid to stay at was like.

This place is amazing. The smoothest check in and out. I communicated with them thoroughly through WhatsApp. Whatever questions I had they answered. Looks like they are still building more around it but I enjoyed and would be back soon for sure.

The home was beautiful and provided everything needed. The internet was spotty, but we weren't in the home to much to need it. We would definitely book this location again.

We appreciated the thoughtful touches, including pre-filled dispensers of shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, even with a language barrier, thanks to Google Translate. We were warmly greeted upon arrival, which was a lovely welcome after a long journey.The only downside was the noise from the neighboring condo late at night, which made it difficult to get the restful sleep we needed after a couple of exhausting days. Some noise control would really improve the experience. That said, we were very pleased with our stay overall and would still recommend this property.

Property is nice and clean guest host is reliable and attentive. Had a wonderful state this Verbo listening made me fall in love with Punta Cana.

Great villa. However you need a vehicle to get around.

The Property is somewhat smaller than what appears in the pictures, with tiny bathrooms, a small kitchenette that lacks an oven.The street leading up to the property is not paved (gravel), with some serious potholes.Having said that, it was fairly adequate for our needs, and could accommodate 8 people. It was clean and satisfactorily equipped, it also felt safe.The location is convenient and close to everything, grocery stores within 5 min, airport 15 min, shopping 10 to 15 min, beaches less than 20 min.WiFi was fast and able to handle all our devices and TVs without any problems.Communication with Fernando was good, and Mr Rene is a great guy, and was responsive to our needs.Overall we do recommend this place, and if we were to visit again we'll consider staying there
