Great little house in the heart of olde town

For 4 friends having a CO getaway looking for easy access to Red Rocks, Boulder, Denver, Arvada, National Parks - the house worked out perfectly. We each had our own bedroom, owner was great & easy to work with, the house is neat & clean. We could walk across the street to Arvada, which has a cool vibe, great restaurants & plenty of shopping.

Our friends loved this property and had a great time staying. They loved the little details and care that was put into the home.

This is a very stylishly updated historical property that is walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, farmers market (in summer) and the light rail system. We were a group of 5 ladies and found the accommodations comfortable and the perfect place to catch up with each other. You will not be disappointed in this property.

It was a very updated and clean. The only suggestion is to have a bathroom in the basement. It was perfect and loved the back patio

The basement suite has a bedroom, open space, office, and laundry! Two bedrooms upstairs were nice with fancy updated bathrooms. The ground floor master was great too! Walking across the street to Olde Town Arvada was fun. Easy access to highways and other destinations too.

Three friends and I spent a few nights at this property for a Colorado girls trip. The home was clean, charming, and spacious. It was great that we each got our own room, and 3 of the 4 bedrooms had attached bathrooms, plus a half bath on the main floor for the guest that had the basement bedroom. Check in was easy. The home is secure with door lock codes and a security system. The backyard was fully privacy-fenced w/ a nice sized table umbrella where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The house was equipped with laundry detergent and coffee/tea sugar/creamer. Olde Town Arvada is only a block away, so we opted to walk to local restaurants. Bonfire Burritos was great for brunch and bloody mary's. The School House was great for dinner and a fun vibe. There is a fun barcade in the area too. We had lots of fun and would definitely recommend this property to others and would stay here again in the future!

A wonderful property for families (including with small children) and a wonderful host. We had everything ready for us when we arrived including a high chair, pack n play, toys, and books. the backyard is a great place to sit and/or play for kids (there’s a sandbox) and the location is extremely convenient: a 2 minute walk to olde town Arvada and a 5 minute walk to a train which takes you right to union station. The basement has an extra room that’s not included in the total 4 bedrooms where you can put a pack n play or kids bed, so there is plenty of room for a family to spread out. We were comfortable with two kids and my in-laws. We will absolutely stay here again when we visit Denver.

We stayed over Memorial weekend for a soccer tournament and was a perfect place for us to use as home base. Spacious kitchen with an open concept to dining area and living room allowed us to enjoy our time together. The nunber of showers and bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready quickly. Plenty of parking with a relaxing backyard space. Walking distance to some good restaurants. The owner was responsive to my emails and very easy to communicate with.

Checking in was a breeze and communication with the host was very easy since they responded fast. The house itself is very nice and clean. You can dim all the lights in the house which I thought was really cool. Overall, I was very comfortable and satisfied with my stay.
