Of the homes we’ve stayed at in Suncadia, this was our favorite.

The kitchen was fully equipped to cook for a large family. The garage games were so fun for the whole family. Great large house for multigenerational family.

The cabin was beautiful and gave my entire family plenty of room to enjoy each other as well as have their own space. It’s in a great neighborhood with easy access to beautiful walks. The first two nights we stayed there however, the fire alarms started chirping at 3 AM when everyone was asleep. They had another alarm system installed, which eventually set off the alarm for the fire department. The fire department showed up and I had to apologize to them for the alarms randomly going off. Needless to say, it was a pretty restless first two nights there. After speaking with management and the friendly maintenance staff who showed up, we essentially ended up pulling most of the alarms, which solved the problem for the rest of our stay. Hopefully those issues get resolved permanently so others don’t have to deal with it.A few minor issues to point out: It’s very nice they have bikes there to enjoy, but it would be great to spend a little extra to keep them maintained. One bike was missing a pedal for example.When we arrived we set up the pack and play they have for our little one but noticed one side of it was broken and caving in a little bit. So, we ended up just having her sleep in the bunkbeds for her first time which actually worked out well. The hot tub was great, but we started having issues with getting it to turn back on at various times, so not sure if the LCD panel needs to be looked at or something else needs to be fixed.

We loved our stay in this home. There was plenty to do in the garage that kept us busy and having fun. The home was large enough for 10 adults and 6 children. The hot tub was nice. The bike trails were great-we brought our own bikes but there were some at the house. The area was beautiful and we really enjoyed the park and pickleball. Definitely the best house we’ve stayed at and wonderful memories were made! Thank you

This was our first year here but I doubt it will be our last. What I loved best? The huge wrap-around couch that many conversations were held on. The huge island that could have dominoes and other games spread about and still have room for dinner prep and dish up. The comfortable rooms and beds. The gorgeous master shower. The covered deck: I sat out there writing my goals for 2025, something we each do every year at cabin. I was in awe of the scenery around me. The hot tub. The coffee bar. LOVED having a separate place for coffee. Snowbeary was both cozy and larger-than-life at the same time and it will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

We're a blended family with adult children and were looking for a space where all 12 of us (plus 2 infants) would feel comfortable for an extended weekend. This home was cozy, spacious, and well cared for! We especially loved the oversized Christmas tree and kitchen amenities. There were two split bedrooms on the ground floor, which was great for parents with babies who were worried about noise control. The two split bedrooms upstairs were also quiet and the bunkbed rooms were comfortable for singles without kids. The adjacent family room served as the perfect space for games and movie-watching. Our group was willing to spend a little more on the nightly rate because of the amenities that were advertised—garage game room, bikes, video game consoles, hot tub, and fire pit. We were disappointed to find that the basketball pop-a-shot and air hockey table were not working, and some of the game controllers were missing as well. The bike tires needed pumping but we couldn't find the air pump. Also, turning on the outdoor space heaters caused the electricity to shut off so we gave up after a few tries. After contacting the property owner about the missing game controllers they responded immediately and were very apologetic, and even offered to purchase new ones. To avoid further disrupting my stay, I did not mention all of my concerns to the owners and have only done so here for the benefit of future travelers. With these fixes I'd give this property 5 stars!
