Spacious and clean house near airport, theater and shopping center

This property and location could not have been more perfect for our stay. Its location close to Mayo Clinic and the airport was ideal. The house was large enough for our family of four to spread out and get rest between holiday activities and for me to work remotely when needed. There were lots of activities for our teenagers and a large yard for them to enjoy the snow. Highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again.

We spend the Holidays at this house so that we have a place to unwind after spending time with family. It has all the amenities that a family would need to be comfortable and have fun. Also the owner is very responsive and helpful whenever a need or question arises. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Rochester and I look forward to staying there again next time!

We had the property booked to come over Thanksgiving, the night before, I brokle and we were not able to come. We were so disappointed as the house looked so fun to have a relaxing weekend. I had to message the host and cancel the property, the host was very helpful through this process. We hwill definitely book this un the future!

This was a beautifully detailed property in a great location. It's a few miles from downtown Rochester, which we like. We don't like being in the middle of a city. The yard is well-maintained with a lot of privacy d/t trees and bushes. There is a deck with table/chairs. The inside of the house was great for a family of 5, lots of room . Can't say enough good about the game room. It really kept the kids occupied (and us). We basically never watched TV as there were too many other things to do. There is a kids playground not far from the house down a public walking trail. Even though it's close to a freeway and the airport, the house is very quiet. We barely heard anything but ourselves. The beds were comfortable and the linens were just right weights. I very highly recommend this property. The host was easy to contact and responded in a very timely manner. There is no doubt that I would rent this property again.

Nice large home in quiet neighborhood. Everything we needed. Whoever owns has a GREEN thumb. Beautiful plants throughout the home.

We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding and it was perfect for our family of 5. There was an issue with the AC, but the host responded immediately and had a repairman out to resolve the issue quickly. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Phil and his property could not have been nicer. We visit Rochester for family health reasons which can be very stressful. The fact that Phil quickly responded to all of our questions and/or concerns eliminated any stress related to a lengthy stay. We also appreciated the kitchen with everything we needed to cook for our family instead of eating out. Another bonus was room to spread out and relax or play, along with areas to log into work remotely if needed.
