Spacious and Beautiful Private Room located only 30 minutes from Zion!

This is basically a mother-in-law’s quarters within a single detached home in a very quiet little neighborhood well outside, but conveniently close to, larger towns like Hurricane, Springdale and Saint George. It’s located roughly halfway between the Kolob Canyons section of Zion NP and the main Zion Canyon. If you plan to visit both sections, its location could not be more ideal. If you value quietude while on an outdoorsy vacation like I do, this is very much the place to stay.

The host was very nice. The room and bathroom are very nice. The provided breakfast every day was a great touch.

Located in a small beautiful neighborhood with an incredible view. Super clean and the bath with the jets is beyond worth it.

The location was excellent as it was a short drive to Zion and St. George. The property was clean and spacious. Hospitality of the owners was awesome. We lived our stay.

This was a lovely, comfortable stay on our way to the Big 5 Utah parks. It is better than described! Quiet, very comfortable bed, and awesome spacious bathroom.

Cindy was a fabulous hostess and, the rental was gorgeous. Her special touches of delicious muffins, yogurt, and fruit were special treats. The rental was absolutely gorgeous and only 30 mins. from Zion. I would highly recommend it to others.

The room was very clean and well maintained. Much better than a hotel room, and for less cost.

My favourite thing about this property was the energy of the space. ❤️ Everything was wonderful and available and the host, Cindy was incredibly attentive and friendly. The suite is spacious, tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a stay in the area. Parking is steps away from your entrance, so super convenient with luggage, etc. This is a rare find. I’ll definitely look for this property again when I come to visit the area again. There’s so much to see and do here.

Friendly hosts, and generous with their produce! Drinking glasses and bowls would have been useful. No restaurants within walking distance.

This was the perfect stay for my wife and I. Very quiet and comfortable, out of the tourist rush in the peaceful town of Toquerville. All the accommodations were wonderful; the jetted tub was perfect after a long day in the sun climbing the red rocks and exploring the beauty of the area. The delicious muffins and yogurt provided every morning gave us a need quick meal before taking on our adventures. Cindy was very friendly and responsive to any questions me might have.We will definitely be booking here for our yearly spring break trips, if available.

This was the perfect spot for us as we explored Zion National Park. It’s a central location to two entrances of the park. We found this spacious room clean and comfortable and our host was very easy to reach. She also gave us some great information prior to our arrival. There were also very nice little touches that we appreciated, like the fresh muffins and yogurt along with the Keurig. We felt safe here and after a long day of hiking, it was the perfect place to rest because it was a peaceful neighborhood with a lot of privacy.

It was nearly perfect! The bed was comfy, the large bathroom was a dream! Close to everything we wanted to do!

The hosts were extremely accommodating and gracious. They went beyond our expectations. Any requests and questions we had were fulfilled pleasantly and in a timely manner. We will stay there again if we were to return to the St George area.

Cindy is a very good host and always responded on any inquiries or questions. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed our stay.

It is also quite close to restaurants, grocery & Zion which was our focus point.The breakfast was simple, quick & practical and very much appreciated. This was a nice stay. It was clean and quiet.Would have liked a few more “kitchen items”, such as extra utensils, cups, and plates (even if plastic). Sheets seemed clean but not newer, and only one soap dispenser for 2 sinks.

Our stay was amazing! The property owners were friendly and attentive.Our accommodations were clean, cozy, yet spacious, and peaceful; the atmosphere was very relaxing. It was off the main house yet private and quiet. The living space was perfect for my husband and me. It included a 50-inch TV with Netflix access, a comfortable bed, and a large bathroom with a jet-driven tub. (Amazing!)Cindy, our hostess, stayed in contact with us, making sure we were comfortable. She provided a simple breakfast of yogurt, granola, muffins, and coffee each morning. Excellent location. Cindy also provided us with a list of restaurants and activities all within 30 minutes of the property. We will definitely be going back! Thanks Cindy!

This was a room set off from the home of the host. Very quiet, private. Nice breakfast food in refrigerator. Comfortable beds. Easy access to Zion National Park. Away from the crowds. We found a good Thai place for take out supper in the next town.

A really nice room that is not too far from Zion. Beautiful setting with plenty of scenaria around.

We were very happy with our stay. Hostess was friendly and very accommodating. It was about 30 minute drive to Zion, about 7 minutes to closest grocery store and dining options. Great location and comfortable lodging. We loved the jacuzzi after a long day of hiking!

Great place with awesome host. Its a little far from the St. George area but its nice and quiet and that more then made up for the distance. Cindy was an awesome host and made sure the we had everything we needed while we where there. would definitely recommend and would stay here again if I'm ever back in the area.

The room was an excellent choice for our brief visit. Very affordable and quite nice. A great studio style space with a huge bathroom. Everything was as advertised. Highly recommended.

Lovely! Very large bathroom, large living area, nice A/C and accommodations, very nice hosts.

The hosts are so kind and attentive. The space is amazing. Very clean, all the comforts of home, private driveway and entrance. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Both entrances to Zion National Park are close. If we are ever back that way we’ll DEFINITELY be staying with them again.
