The outdoor storage is unavailable for guest use. Large driveway for ample parking. After booking the property, you will need your unique access code to enter the house. This code will be provided to you electronically the day of check in. Check your messages in your guest app to locate the code to unlock the front door. Once the code is entered and the light flashes green it's unlocked! We love our guests and take all measures to keep your experiences safe and worry-free as possible. We have a home security system, smart locks and exterior security cameras. This is a strictly no smoking and no vaping indoor property. If you visit from September to April, please note that snow is possible. It is common that winter roads in Fairbanks almost always have some level of ice or snow on them and we want to you to be as safe as possible on your adventure! Please double check that your rental vehicle comes with roadside assistance because unfortunately, we are not able to recover stuck vehicles at this time. Also, we have 4 exterior cameras on the home: one doorbell camera at the front door, one at the back sliding door, one at the bottom basement entrance and one facing the deck and hot tub.
