Stayed Sep 26, 2025Beautiful Victorian home with so much charm! Our family stayed for a wedding in Manitou and loved everything about this home. Location is superb. Within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants but it feels like a quiet country home in the backyard. The yard is huge and was perfect for our wedding rehearsal lunch/dinner. We had plenty of seating and the children had so much playing. Highly recommend!

Stayed Jul 28, 2025This is a very interesting,old and quirky house. The location is great. There was room for everyone! It was lovely to sit around the huge table in the sunroom and visit with family. My granddaughter even played the piano for us!

Stayed Jun 27, 2025A wonderful stay a block from downtown Manitou for my 2 sisters and their husbands, brother, and some of their adult children. Everyone enjoyed a couple of picnic suppers on the patio and the renovated old house. Very close for visiting the zoo, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak Cog, Red Rock Park, and Manitou attractions.

Stayed Jun 16, 2025Our adventurous group of 10 had a great time in manitou springs. The location of the house was amazing. It was big enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. It was unseasonably hot in manitou this week and the house was warm during the day (no air conditioning) but it did cool off reasonably at night when the windows open and fans blowing. The host was attentive to any need we had.

Stayed Dec 21, 2024Wonderful stay! We had a group of 14, 11 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of space for everyone and then some! Great location, and huge backyard. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Sep 19, 2024Stayed here with friends for a long weekend, Joanne was a great host! The home has so much space - we only had 8 adults but could have had 2 more adults plus kids comfortably. The backyard is incredible, and proximity to downtown Manitou Springs allowed us to walk to food, coffee, and more!
