Spacious 8BR/6BA Duplex with Private Pool – Walk to the Beach – Sleeps 22

This place was perfect for our wedding party! We had both families and some friends we all had plenty of space. Definitely would recommend for large families vacationing!

This is a beautiful home! It is so well laid out and beautifully decorated. We had 16 ladies there for a retreat and we all slept very comfortably. The only issues we had was one side of the house didn't have many utensils for cooking so we had to use them from the other side. Plus one keurig leaked and the other made two cups of coffee and was done...so that wasn't good. The internet was also not strong enough to handle watching TV or for phone usage, but management jumped on the problem immediately. If you have a large group or only need half the house, I HIGHYLY recommend!

Very clean and spacious!

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It was nice to have so much space and so close to the ocean. We enjoyed a nice walk and it was a quiet location within a nice distance so shopping and groceries. The only think that would have been amazing would have been to have the option to get to each side of the house without having to go down the stairs and back up again. An adjoining door would make this an even better experience. Would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent very very clean this house had everything you can possibly need they even had a nutcracker which we needed for our pecans. We will definitely tell the world how Amazing this house was Excellent experience with the host we had no issues what so ever the pictures are very true and once you walk in Your jaw will drop. We Thank you so so much for such a Great Experience to help celebrate our Epic Davis Christmas Getaway...God Bless

My family and I , enjoyed our stay. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. The beach was a short walk away. About 5 minutes. The condominium had plenty of amenities. I would recommend this place for future visits.

Communication upfront and throughout the trip was amazing. Property location and condition were superb. We rented both sides of the house and had plenty of space and our own bedrooms. We enjoyed the patio but did not get a chance to use the pool but it looked nice. Walked to dinner at the Irish pub down the street so no need to drive after a long day on the course. Will consider renting here again.

We had 15 in our group and we used one side for families and the other side for adults and it worked perfectly!! Everything was clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals for our large group.

Morning, No issues with the home, but pictures made it seem more up-to-date than it really was. Please have someone dust off the top of the refrigerators
