Spacious 6BR Near Ark! Ample Parking, 3 Full Baths

St James was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Very modern and clean. Very easy t locate property and when we called the host about propane tank empty and a missing coffee pot the situation was taken care of within an hour. We were a group of 14 and had more than adequate room for all of us. The children absolutely loved the home with plenty of beds for all of us in the 5 bedrooms. Would recommend this to anyone visiting the area.

I have worked as a travel agent since 1994, stayed all over the world and this property is amazing. Clean, great amenities. Keurig coffee maker, stocked kitchen, Pantene shampoo/conditioner in all the bathrooms, pump hand soaps in all bathrooms, plenty of toilet paper, trash bags... REALLY A NICE PLACE!!! Very comfortable beds, nice sheets, hangars in all the closets, TV’s in each bedroom... Just minutes to the Ark Experience! Thank you to the owners for caring about this property and keeping it in tip top shape!!

We planned this trip around the Ark Encounter, and this house was very close. The pictures shown were very accurate. The only drawback was we had small children, and the house was very close to the road. i do recommend staying here for the convenience to the interstate, and restaurants, and like I said the Ark Encouinter

The location for visiting the Ark is perfect. We had 12 ladies staying for the Answers for Women conference. The house was adequate for our needs. However, some of the ladies wanted me to mention that the bedroom carpets were not very clean. I found previous guests’ chips in the oven warming drawer. Nothing was gross, just not squeaky clean. Also, several light bulbs are out, there are not enough dishes (only 8 plates), insufficient blankets, and zero kitchen towels. The floor is unlevel throughout the house and squishy in front of one of the showers. One other thing to note, the train tracks are quite close, and the horn does blow at night. Overall, it was fine, but way overpriced for the quality of the home. I would grade this home a solid C. We have opted to find a different property for next year’s conference.

Fantastic! Everything I saw online was accurate. Every time we had questions we were answered very promptly. Enjoyed the Creation Museum and the Ark.

We were super close to Ark which was so nice. You could see it he Ark from the back deck!!!! Not too far from creation museum either. The company NeatSuites was super easy to deal with as well. Very accommodating and quick to respond. Plenty of items- pots, pans, spatulas etc... to cook with as well!! There were 16 of us and we had plenty of bed space and seating!!! It could have been cleaner, the bathrooms (toothpaste splatter on the mirrors and dirty potties) and the living room floor had to be swept to get the food crumbs up.

We enjoyed the stay. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The only complaint was one of the mattresses was very hard. The location was very close to the Ark.

Overall, the house was as advertised and good accommodation for our group of five couples. Some things to add or fix: Dish cloth and dish towels, a dish drainer Mirrors in bedrooms positioned for fixing hair or putting on make-up Windowless bedroom isn’t really a legal bedroom Plastic dishes need to go! Bedroom 3 has a squeaky door, nearest bathroom does as well

Property was good for a large group. There were 10 of us. The front porch and the back patio were great. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen furnishings could have been better. Not much of an assortment of pots and pans, no juice glasses and no wine glasses. Overall, we had a great stay.
